Alright, we are back!  A nice high volume back and biceps day after 3 rest days due to travel.  Going to hit it hard this holiday weekend, and skip rest days if I can, since I am traveling next weekend and the weekend after, so will have more forced rest days coming up.  Starting the last 3 weeks of the Project Mass workout, and the next 2 weeks takes it up a notch!!  Gonna be awesome, I will move to Layne Norton PH3 workout after this is said and done.  The last week is a programmed recovery week, so thinking I can jump to the next program after that.....

My Jaybird Wireless headphones right ear bud gave out today, got frustrated and ordered Bose Wireless Sports headphones...should have just bought them to begin with.  This was my last day on RSP Fast Fuel PWO (Review coming up after this), so starting Big Noise PWO tomorrow, taking a stim break but hoping it gets me through my tough workouts coming up.  I still have half a tub of Pre-Jym standing by if needed though!!

Bought them about 13 months ago.  They had a good run, I am going to keep them and see if I can mess with the ear bud and fix it and keep them as back ups.  Overally, the quality was great, maybe I just didn't take care of them well enough!  Either way, amazon gave me free one day delivery on my Bose Sound Sport, so will rock those tomorrow!!

So some adjustments to my supp stack.  Current PWO is now Big Noise, and finished off Green Vibrance, not planning to include a greens in my stack again for a while, I will just be good and eat my fruits n veggies.  I am incorporating my Intrablast combined with Super Carb Intra workout again, I have about 1/3 of a tub of intra left.  Big Noise did okay, was my first time on a stim free PWO, got me through the routine, though not nearly the energy level as with a stim PWO of course, but the Intrablast and Super Carb helped out for more energy.  Big Strength workout today, to once again Crush Dem legs...

Alright, another great day of lifting!  Day 2 of my non stim PWO, its a challenge, but getting through it all, so will be a stim break in the end.  I imagine I will adjust here soon.  I forgot to mention I am rocking the Sour Gummy Bear flavor of Big Noise, and WOW  what a treat it truly is, delicious.  Not sweet, and I look forward to it upon waking up, really feels like I am eating sour patch kids.

Forced rest day today, my bad shoulder has been killing me since my workout yesterday.  Better to play it safe today, HAPPY 4th EVERYONE!!

I believe you said something about right arm beer curls, left arm bbq rib curls.  Keep your shoulder stabilized and you should be fine......😄😄

Thanks to your advice Wis3guy, I managed to get those important 4th of July curls in without further irritating the shoulder.  :)

Back in the gym this morning, and really got to see the effects of Big Noise since I had a  nice Bicep portion of the workout, was an amazing pump and vascularity.  Love it!  Still adjusting to having a stim free PWO, so its still tough...anyways..

Another tough leg day.  Last few workouts I have been cheating and having coffee with my stim free PWO (I know I know), today I went all in, no coffee.  Got through it, not so bad, I think Big Noise does a decent job.  This will be my last post for a few days, I am heading up to NY to see the family from Friday until Monday, so no gym time until Tuesday, I am going to hate it, but my body will love it after today.

Good stuff.  I have been using my kids vmoda overear headphones and they are amazingly tuff and sound way better than my beats or bose.
Maybe you should TRAIN as hard as you HATE.

Seaver I will have to look into those.  Well I thought I would not get a workout in but spent yesterday helping my sister move all day. So yeah sore today. Least it's something. Back in the gym in the morning
