Enjoyed my Rest day... Figure I will take this opportunity to update my supplement stack.  Only changes are

Fish Oil:  Intelligent Labs Ultra Pure Omega 3 COMPLETE and now using Bioscience Nutrition Omega 3 (got this from amazon, figure I will be the guinea pig for this one)
Added Resurrect P.M. as a nighttime sleeping aid...

I am nearing the end of my Green Vibrance, and thinking I really do not need this in my stack anymore, considering moving to a Multi V with greens.  Also in about a month think I will throw in another Natural Test Booster stack, since I really enjoyed Mass HGH and AD-3, any stack recommendations?  Think I want to try out D-Pol for sure, maybe stack it with an AI?  Got some time on this just my thoughts for now.  Hope everyone had a great weekend, back in the Gym tomorrow.

Oh yeah, I think I am having a supplement addiction problem, LOL.  Please share if you have this issue as well, I look in my closet as my supps on standby currently includes:  half a tub of Pre-Jym, Yeah Buddy, Big Noise, King Whey, 2 x tubs of labrada BCAA Power, and half a tub of Intrablast.  Lol...I blame this site!!!

Maybe you should TRAIN as hard as you HATE.

Ditto!  I feel you on the 3:45 thing.  I used to wake up at 3, now back at waking up about 4.  Come mid afternoon I would really like a cot in my office for a nap.

Congrats, Odaat!

So around 4:15am it was time to get up, but alas I stayed in bed until 515, ah it happens, but then got moving and still made it into the gym by 6.  I sacrifice my Protein shake though when I get up late... Back to doing some Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) today, provides such an amazing (and painful slightly) pump, love it.  Of note, I have a jump tomorrow at work at 615am, so no gym for me, then I will be on the road until Thursday night, so this log will be quiet until Friday...but then I get back into it...  Appreciate all you guys reading this so far, its been fun to do!

Cycle 3, Microcycle 2, Day 78, Push Hypertrophy
26 June 2017
Workout Time:  75 minutes
Total Weight lifted:  15,925 pounds

Incline Dumbbell Flyes (BFR):  20x30, 20x15, 20x15, 20x15   (30 seconds rest in between sets)
Barbell Incline Bench Press:  95x10, 115x10, 135x10, 135x10, 135x10
Seated Dumbbell Press: 30x10, 30x10, 32.5x10, 35x10, 40x10
One Arm Incline Lateral Raise:  10x10, 15x10, 15x10, 15x10, DROP SET: 15x10, 10x10
EZ-Bar Skullcrusher (my bad shoulder started to ache, so took it easy on this):  45x10, 45x10, 55x10, 55x10, 65x10
Superset:
Triceps Pushdown - Rope Attachment / Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension:  50x10/25x7, 50x10/15x10, 50x10/15x10, 50x10/15x10. 42.5x10/10x10

I was spent after this workout for sure, awesome pumps though!  I am finding with RSP Fast Fuel that it gets me energy in the gym, but right at 45 minutes it wears off, no matter how I dose it... makes for my last few exercises more challenging.  Almost done with it, and will be my first TROOPer Review...yippee!!  You guys all take care this week see ya back online Friday!!

Slight schedule change today, so got to sneak in one more workout before I travel the rest of the week.  I likely will not be back in the Gym until Saturday now but its all good.  Today was a day where you wanna lift, go home, curl up in a ball and cry because your Legs are SMOKED!  They felt like jello halfway through the workout, totally amazing.  A big twist on BFR training than I am used to, so if you are looking for a workout to punish your legs, give it a whirl.  Again all BFR exercises are only a 30 second rest in between sets.

27 June 2017
Cycle 3, Microcycle 2: Day 77 - Leg Hypertrophy

Workout Time:  57 Minutes
Total Weight Lifted:  60,540 pounds

Barbell Squat (BFR) - 135x30, 135x15, 135x10, 135x5  **This was supposed to be a set of 30,15,15,15... went way too heavy.. lesson learned, but still effective
Leg Extensions - 160x10, 200x10, 220x10, 240x10, DROP SET: 240x10, 200x4  .. this is where the pain started...
Hyperextensions (Back Extensions) - BWx10, 25x10, 25x10, 25x10, 25x10
Lying Leg Curls (BFR) - 60x30, 60x15, 50x15, 50x15
Seated Calf Extensions - 260x10, 280x10, 300x10, 320x10, DROP SET: 360x10, 320x12
Seated Calf Extensions (BFR) - 320x10, 340x10, 340x10, 340x10 340x10

Motivating Song of the Day - Pain by Of Mice and Men   (Thought this was fitting)

Almost done with RSP Fast Fuel, I am glad because days like today, it does not provide me nearly the energy I need, its more of a beginners PWO, or someone with a low stim tolerance, will be glad to move on soon!

I respect those reps squatting. When was the last time you took a stim break?

You should do the leg eats first if you really want to pre exhaust those limbs. Ha

So the whole debate of BCAA's being a waste of money... I have proven that theory wrong this week.  Sure a high protein diet gets you some ,but since my insane leg workout, and my traveling I did not bring my BCAA 5K with me, what a mistake.  HOLY SORE and DOMS lol...  glad to be back home and drinking my 5K again, definitely makes a difference!!  Early morning tmrw for work, but back in the gym Saturday, going to crush it this weekend....

When do you use your BCAA?

I typically take one serving intra workout (usually Intrablast, but currently Fast Fuel) and one late afternoon.  On rest days just one in the afternoon.  Seems to work for me, but maybe its a placebo effect too, hard to say!
