Back at it today, with some good Push Hypertrophy training that included one run the rack and multiple Drop Sets... Love this program and the constant variety.. First full day without my Mass HGH/AD-3 stack, makes me sad.. but a regular at my gym said my arms looked bigger today, so I think most of that credit goes to the stack!  Good stuff!

Great job on the log so far. Enjoying the updates. I'm all into cycling now (bike riding) and watching my arms get smaller is tough. Glad yours are getting bigger. My arms will choose to live vicariously through you. At least I have super cool tan lines....

Appreciate it brother!  Your comment made me laugh because that's the reason I am always afraid of going to a cutting type workout, high reps, lower weight, overall volume.  I look back at my records and its crazy, because I currently sit at 6'2" around 240 pounds, and people assume I was always big and played ball.  Nope I joined the Army in 1999 at 19 years old at 6'2" at 149 pounds    GROSSSSS.   I have that weird mentality that I am always scrawny because of how I grew up, so little things like  your arms are getting bigger from the local gym rat, awesome guy, LOVE IT.  So yes sir, come live vicariously through this journey, its so fun!  I do love biking and swimming, so good luck.  Are you training up for a big race or anything?

On the plus side my legs have never been bigger and more diced than they are now. I had a good muscle base from years of squat and deadlift and I haven't lost an ounce on the wheels! Thanks for the reply. I'm not training for anything. I just need to engage in physical activity of some type to keep my sanity. It's my main form of stress relief. I get crazy if I don't stay active. For a long time it was lifting weights but then I fell in love with cycling as I got kinda burned out on lifting after many years. It helps that where I live is amazing for cycling and has a very large cycling community. Not that I engage with it all that much. I prefer to cycle alone. But there are many lonely farm roads with little traffic and many beautiful hills and lake. An added bonus to cycling is being able to be outside. I connect with the world better when I'm outside.

Ok, for whatever reason the last few days I have woke up sluggish and non motivated.  I wonder if it has anything to do with me being off Mass HGH and AD-3 Stack?  Either way, had to really grind to get up today... but all in all decent workout.  My complaint for the day is the summer crowd in the gym.  I get there at 6am and typically its me and 4 other regulars.  Today was 2 regulars and about 15 new people, drives me  nuts, but whatever.  Due to no racks I had to move my Leg strength day to tomorrow and do my Push day today, I hate getting out of order.. either way we are back!!

22 June 2017
Cycle 3, MicroCycle 2, Day 74 - Push Strength

Total Time: 64 Minutes

Standing Military Press:  95x4, 115x4, 135x3, 125x4, 125x4
Close Grip Barbell Bench Press:  95x5, 135x5, 155x5, 165x5, 165x5

Oh, forgot to mention, that I just got my Resurrect PM by Ronnie Coleman Sig Series in, so gave that a shot last night at half scoop.  Did not do much at all, and I actually woke up quite a bit, going to try out a full scoop, and ensure I cycle this every couple days.  After not being too pleased nor sleeping well with Mass HGH I am hoping, this helps me out.  My first RCSS product, so I am excited!  Anyone taken it before have any good tips?

I suppose I should do a better job at updating how some supplements are working, since this is a supplement log, LOL.  Anyways, Every Friday I do my weekly weight in and measure my belly to test out Size Slim weight loss pill.  The first week, no change.  Yesterday, I managed to drop 3 pounds (I do not put much stock in this since I fluctuate up and down around 5 pounds normally), and lost half an inch on the belly.  I really ate fairly crappy in the last week, so perhaps its doing something, we shall see.  Took another full scoop of Resurrect PM last night, best sleep I have had in months, though I woke up tired, but it is Saturday after all.  Last couple workouts I have been drinking a cup of coffee 30-45 minutes prior to taking my RSP Fast Fuel, and had the best energy level from Fast Fuel.  Maybe it just need that caffeine boost, or my tolerance is too high.  Ironically, the Fast Fuel is working better now than it was in the beginning, so its looking better and better, which is usually the opposite effect from a PWO.  Anyways, my log for today, and I was super amped up!!

24 June 2017
Cycle 3, MicroCycle 2, Day 75 - Pull Strength

Total Time: 55 Minutes
Total Weight:  12,520 pounds

Pullups:  BWx4, 10x4, 15x4, 25x3
Barbell Curl:  90x5, 100x5, 110x5, 110x5, 110x5
Barbell Shrug:  225x5, 225x5, 245x5, 245x5, 245x4 then 245x1 (bar slipped on 4th rep)

Motivating Song of the Day:  Today was a tie between Cobwebs by Motionless in White and Somewhat Damaged by Nine Inch Nails

Got my Big Noise stim free PWO in the mail the other day, so plan to utilize that bad boy to take a stim break once I finish my Fast Fuel, though I am torn since I still have half a tub of Pre-Jym left...hmmm decisions decisions....

Nice work. Enjoying the log. Sorry for my absence. Wife and I just welcomed our first child into the work early Wednesday morning. Now lots of time to be on the net while they're both sleeping lol.

Thanks brother!  Congrats on the new addition to your family, I am sure you have many sleepless nights ahead, more power to you.  Me and my wife just stuck with having a dog, sometimes he acts like a kid, but I commend those with kids.  LIke you said earlier in the log, that working out is your therapy, I feel the same way.  Days I don't work out whether I miss it cause of work or scheduled rest days, I feel like poo, days I do workout I am ready to take on the world!  Appreciate you reading this log, and since this is first time I have done this, I like how having this keeps me on track more.   I think, shoot if I don't workout and post, people will think I wimped out....off to the gym!!  Next few weeks are going to be screwy, lots of traveling coming up, but it is what it is..good luck and take care!

Thank you. Not being my normal active self has been the hardest part so far. I've been stuck on a couch for 5 days in a row now. I'm hoping I fthings go okay tonight I can get out for a short ride tomorrow. Our baby Chloe has jaundice and we have been going to the doc every day and doing light therapy at home to treat her so it's been a little more hectic even than normal, but both my wife and her are healing and getting better. Nothing wrong with just having a dog although personally I'd rather have a kid than a dog. Not much for dogs. I got 2 cats and 2 hermit crabs hahha. Keep up the good work that real early to get up and takes a lot of dedication. Probably harder than getting up to feed and change a kid. At least when I'm done I get to go back to sleep!!!
