Wazzzup guys, okay firstly before ya'll get confused by my new subject title lemme just elaborate briefly.

I was legitimately in a rut where a stomach virus literally nearly put me in a grave it began when I went to a doctor after experiencing the runs and deadly stomach issues - Instead of an antibiotic which I needed. Basically I was on stomach cramp meds for a week and then I experienced more runs which made me hallucinate and basically go into a deep depression as my other doc gave me antibiotics! eventually it led to a ER visit on a sunday which lead to another antibiotic the main issue here was conversing with my main doctor over the phone instead of seeing him due to him being over an hour away so no blame attached to him.

I am pleased to say I am on a slowly recovering - the runs stopped sunday thank goodness - well this is also a result of major stress that has subsided due to some better thoughts and learning to appreciate life as i am a stress ball as I am a perfectionist in all honesty. And finally picking up my vehicle has directly helped in a major way. Being sick and out of gym has made question my decisions overall and has lead me to a decision to drop my ambitions of competing and focus on my life as a whole, no doubt bodybuilding has aided in my life positively but i am playing catch up which is not favorable for me being a perfectionist, its very disheartening seeing young upcomers surpassing you within a year plus.

I decided do the soccer act and fitness route to get back to where i first started training where i achieved a peeled physique within a short space of time. But in my heart i will always be a bodybuilder and when i started training guys like ronnie inspired me but ultimately the more achievable physiques appealed to me more and always will, I am not sure of what the mans name is but I remember he used to sponsored by BSN the time ronnie was sponsored. But anywho time to lean down and eat less, but more importantly enjoy everyday i have especially thee moments with the other half.

One thing is certain I will always be grateful to SR.com for the opportunities that have come about, I will always have special place in my heart for full on bodybuilding and bodybuilders but I know if I dont make a change I will forever be depressed and in the process destroy myself by trying to be the biggest and best, its pretty hard to admit failure and admit my dreams have been shattered as such but Its admitting the truth that sets you free, the mind is a powerful and deadly tool if not contained. But I will always be present here and maintaining a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle is my top priority - and responsible use of supplements are apart of that kinda lifestyle, ofcourse its not as vital as I once thought but any advantage I can get, I will take. I am happy to use a post, aminos and creatine along with whey for the win!

Please join me on my new found journey that is a challenge to me and a half!

Pain in this world is inevitable, but when it comes to achieving your goals, you can at least choose which pain you live with: The pain of discipline, or the pain of regret.

First meal down
1 cup rolled oats (raw)
2 scoops strength whey
1 tbsp natty penutbutter (something has to be natty) lol
1 banana

*I will be having this until the rolled oats are finished because i bough a bag of it fml.

pre workout today is 1/2 scoop of super freak and i will add l carnitine and NOW beta alanine (carnosyn) i seriously dislike pres without beta alanine, super freak was the  only bogo pre here locally and outrage was like $8 lol so yes im a bargain hunter. The wife said super freak wasnt the best so i wil have to see.

Today is leg day and arms (yay)
aiming for 220kg 1 mr or for reps. lets see what the magic oil has in store.

fakn poo poo workout
200kg deads fail
180kg almost but fail.

1 scoop of super was fakn poo worst pre at full dosage i have ever used, 1/2 scoop was far more effective. at full dosage i was tired and lethargic ffs. overstimed garbage it lacks so so much pump and endurance wise.

You would have definitely hit that 180 if you went for that first.

i have always been a high aimer, i had a good phase on my leaning out phase doing 195kg at 93kgs as a 1mr, but then i came off for about a week and meh i just need to amp myself up a bit more, but on a serious note that pre made my workout poo.

supp update:
additional supps being added
redcon1 total war and rpg.

chest workout was fairly good yesterday, one thing i noticed being "on" is stamina is greatly increased and much better pumps- will give an update on how my back workout goes today. One idiotic thing i do is train shoulders by accident so my back workout is moved to the day after legs and i hit legs hard, so now today i should be hitting the weights hard, really loved the reviews of total war.

Hey guys its been a while,

I actually have used and loved redcon1 total war. It all began last monday. After buying it and picking it up rather late, I ended up only consuming the single serving at around 530pm which was great, even had a serving of rpg. Got to my commercial gym i hardly train at - and fuak it was so so full, but the pre started kicking in so i walked like 10 secs on the treadmill and was like "what am i doing" , got off rushed to my then car, raced home (in a mk1 tt) crunched 195kg deads and had a killer back workout so much so i forgot to hit triceps. Next day i attempted 220kgs squats and that ended up on the floor. Think im getting over the strength game to be honest. Just the amount of fails has flooded my mind.

right so now we get on to yesterday - hit up a pb in bench 120kg for 1. everything was going great until the end of my workout, where I vomited my guts out. All I had was a combat protein bar (my fav-white choc rasp), a isolate rtd and a oat yogurt bar along with my rpg and apple. I have to say i have felt woozey with rpg before this was the worse case scenario by far - vomited like it was nobodies business. yuss... okay so i recover hit 180kgs for 5 reps, failed to 200kgs, but with me not 100s yet it was still pretty decent i must admit - 200kg deads are my Achilles heel. legs and mind were a bit meh to be honest that vomiting incident through me off but yeah guys i cant stop ya know. tomorrow is legs and i wont go stupid. strength overall is up and so too endurance, the use on boostoxygen has also yielded results with recovery and stamina esp on heavier lifts. but overall its going good. total war is one of the best pres i have ever used, very nice and clean energy, no palpitations or crashing which is a super bonus. the taste is not to my liking (sour gummy worms) but meh i guess its part of the process.

Hey guys- been a while. WiFi was playing up big time, but its back and so am I!

Just an update on my weight, im currently sitting on around 103kgs, which is pretty cooool. lol.

I have changed preworkouts- i am currently using and enjoying USN 3xt pump, which i find alot better for my energy and focus than total war - there is a crash but meh the energy is worth it.

today was chest and bis
flat bench 15,15,10,8,2 (max 120kgs for 2)
incline bench press 15,15,15,15
cable flyes 15,15,15,15
incline db press ss with db press (palm facing each other) 12,12,12
Decline db flyes 12,12,12,11,11,10,10
db hammer curls 12,12,12,12
standing cable fly curls 15,15,15
standing concentration curls 15,15,15
ez bar curls drop set 8,8,8,7,7,6,6

Great workout and strength. One thing about being on is the insane stamina I have - i could just go on and on!
