How's it going guys my name is Brandon and Iím new on here. Iím 20 years old and Iíve been lifting to gain mass and strength for the past 4 years. I've experimented with a wide variety of preworkouts, BCAA's, mass gainers, etc. and really enjoy researching supplement in my free time. You've got to know what you're putting into your body to get the results you desire! Anyway, I've actually spent the past 8 weeks recovering from a shoulder injury, and have FINALLY gained clearance to hit the weight buffet again. I thought that making an account and staying active on here would be a great way for me to get back into full swing again, and keep me motivated to gain my strength and size back + more. I'm looking forward to making that progress and learning more about supplements!
