hi my name is Albert, and I'm new into this with supplements stuff well actually I had some good advices from friends. but I wanted to learn a little bit more. so hopefully I could make some friends here too!
I started working out for a year 3-4 time a week since I work and my schedule are insanely long. and must of the time I go to the gym at night (after work).
im 5'11 weight 210
my goals are 200 turn body fat into muscle gains

Pre-Workout - FINAFLEX STIMUL8 (Apple Blast)
During Workout - AminoLean RSP Nutrition (Blackberry Pomegranate)
I have being reading some on this forum and other supplements, most of the people mix Preworkout with amino acid.
since I'm almost run out of amino acid, anyone recommend any a good mix?
