Wow great job Seaver!  Get yourself some Letrone (my reviews up), since I know you were waiting on the review and hit that 515.  Seriously though, Letrone worked very well for me, I can feel a huge dip since coming off of it.

Just a small update , I have been deadlifting 500 every heavy deadlift session since I first pulled it.   Gonna stay here till I can pull it for five using full stop method.
Also Tonight squated 405 x 8 .  Bench is still poo.

Man your a beast seaver!  I was finally able to Deadlift 405 prior to my ankle surgery and could only really squat around 300.  Now after my surgery I cannot do any of it, so I am going to concentrate on Bench moving forward, so I will get good at Benching for both of us  :)
