I agree on the Pre Extreme. It's not like a "hit you in the face" energy. I really liked it, but that's because I don't like being cracked out from a pre workout. I like that gradual lift and good endurance. Pre Jym is like that for me too. I actually use that while cycling and its perfect for the endurance!

So I got a decent workout yesterday in with Daveh.
Superset of leg press with reverse hack squats
I think we got 8 sets maybe 10 total with 10-12 reps each sets on each movement.
I got a good pump, we was moving at a good pace.

Then hit flat bench for 4 sets of 10 with 225. Good pump
In and out in about 45 mins.

I hit the weights this morning at 5 am
Rich myers shoulder tri sets.  4 sets  I love doing these.
seated db press 50lbs x 10 x 5
superset of  side db raises with front db raises
5 sets of 10 each
db shrugs 3 sets to almost failure.
I had a good burn and pump from this.
I think I was there about 40 mins.
Maybe you should TRAIN as hard as you HATE.

Had some good workouts  last few days . Supplements are still in use and I am having trouble seeing such huge claims on the Azoth.  Just not getting what I thought It would bring .

Anyway I have more or less went into a full body workout program again.
https://content.tigerfitness.com/huge-gainer-full-body-workout-routine/

In case some want to look at how it is setup.
Honestly it is pretty tough to even make it through one at first.

Here is another one I am thinking of doing.

That sucks, I loved Azoth. Almost too strong on some occasions.
If you can't explain it using simple words, you don't understand it well enough.

So I have been going with the four day a week program and it's pretty solid.

Monday was workout A
Squats Heavy @ 315    3    5 to 8
Lat Pull Downs Light    3    10 to 15
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press Heavy @ 100    3    10
Side Lateral Raise Light 30 3    10 to 15
Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts Moderate @80    2    10
Cable Triceps Extensions Light    2    12 to 15
EZ Bar Curls Moderate    2    10 to 12
Seated Calf Raise Light    2    15
Followed by a 1 mile run.

Today was workout B
Leg Extensions Light    3    10 to 15
Yates Rows Heavy @ 255    3    10
Low Cable Crossovers Light    3    10 to 15
Military Press Heavy    3    5 to 8
Leg Curls Light    2    12 to 15
Lying Triceps Extensions Moderate    2    10 to 12
Concentration Curls Light    2    12 to 15
Ab Wheel Roll Outs Light    2    10 to 15
1 mile run

Also what I am doing is hitting the first two sets  single then the last set I superset it with the first warmup set of the following exercise.

This keeps me moving and gets a good pump and sweat rolling.

Also my kids have been. Going and are starting to get Into the workouts and even getting into learning the squat with a barbell.  They only weigh like 90 lbs. And tonight was using 100# on the hack squat at a full rep.  Very proud of them.  We are doing another inflatable 5k in a few weeks and have been running some to prepare for it as well.

Also my wife has been hinting around at getting back into the gym and tonight did some sort of class there today and she is wore out. Ha
Nonetheless, very proud of her too.

That is awesome that you are getting to workout with your kids and transfer your knowledge to them.  Keep up the good work!

I really need to do pullups again.  I got away from them after the big shoulder injury.
On a large enough time line, the survival rate for everyone will drop to zero.

Don't come to me and tell me you need help because your program isn't working when you've only been on it 3-4 weeks. It's called a program  because it takes time, unlike your sister.

I have laid off them a bit compared to what I was doing. They do not do much for my back size but I feel they have a good carry-over on many other things for me.

So I have been killing some workouts as of late. I changed a few things last night and wanted to see where I was on squats.   As we know not good at max lifts so I tried to hit my endurance goals.
Anyway I know I can get 15 like this but I unracked it off center and it messed with me after rep 8.  I want to get this for 20.

Slacking on update's.
Work is killing me. I have been cutting back my calories and trying to get my weight and waist to slim up some. It's working to. My normal 38 waist are barely hanging on and I am down 12 lbs.

I had a good day on legs Monday and hit 315 for 12 and then followed it with 365 for 6.
Everything was feeling good I know I have 2 in me just need to work on my cardio some. I just could not catch my air on those sets.

Also my arms are now a solid 19 inchs. Boom.  Drinking water a lot and leaning down some has really made the veins start to pop.

Strength is still climbing up slowly. My elbow has chilled out quite a bit as well. I was able to bench heavy yesterday with no pain.
Right now I am adding cardio in and less bad carbs and more vegetables and fruits and trying to get my weight down and waist size.
