Hello, I haven't done a workout/supplement log in quite some time. This will include SR Trooper supplements and products I have purchased outside the program. As well as various progress pics of me, food pics and food intake for this log etc.
I read some comments on infamous locker room thread recently, by a very well respected member that was very heavily involved in this site. This individual had a very valid point, that SR Troopers should contribute more to the site, in addition to just doing reviews.
As a result of reading that comment, it made me think about the lack of contributions I have been making to this site.
The workout logs have decreased significantly on this site overall and I think (not to be cliche), but I'll call it a 2017 New Year goal should be that SR Troopers contribute more by each doing a workout log.
I'm starting with mine tomorrow, would love to get more SR Trooper involved in this movement.
