SARMS - RAD 140 + MK677 Pure Strength and Size Log « : May 20, 2016, 08:23:05 AM »
This log is going to be simple. Im giving a 4 week shot of RAD140. I have done 6 weeks of LGD+MK677 - Seen some fantastic growth and so going to finish off this cycle with 4 weeks of RAD-140 and MK677.

Current Stats:

243lbs
No Belts, no wraps all unassisted

Bench PR - 285
Squat PR - 315
Overhead Press PR - 145
DL PR - 465

My current scheme is one major lift per day, Bench, DL, Squat. I do a 10 minute non weighted warmup and then jump into the 70%, 80%, 80%, 90%, and 100% of the weight. When I hit the 100% of my max, I stay there for 1 rep, until I cant do anymore reps.

I might do some side work with bands, pushups, pulls ups etc.

I want to see if RAD will help me bust through plateaus because its more test based.

In 4 weeks hoping to have a 10-15lb increase in all my lifts.

Any human can train with iron, but it takes a machine to destroy the iron

You don't need to be an ABSOLUTE FREAK in order to be strong, you need to work ABSOLUTELY FREAKING hard to become strong

Today was first dosage of Rad -10mg and MK -25mg(8th week). In about an hour I noticed a feeling of energy awakening and PWO type of speediness. Today is my rest day but tomorrow is heavy DL day.

I'm in. I have been on mk677 for just over 2 months (25mg/day 5 days/week) and held on to all strength gains I made on an ai. works with skald too. Hair on my head is getting thicker and darker. I had my right knee shaved 6 months ago for acl surgery and the hair has grown back twice as long as the hair on my other knee - looks weird. Planning to run the mk for a full 6 months.

Good luck!

I'm not being a d*ck but in all honesty your squat should be higher. If you can deadlift 465 you possess more strength than a 315 squat. My guess is probably a form issue. Do you have a vid of you squatting so me and a few members can critique your form and help wherever possible? Again man you have the strength to move more weight.
