Trained with my guys and a couple from Galesville, Master Joe and one of his students.  From 9 to 12.  It is always fun to get together with people that like to try new things.

Asylum II: back and abs.
not a bad weekend.  Diet stayed on point, back down to pre Thursday pizza weight.  So life is good.  I did have cake last night so I actually am probably lighter, but we know how sugar messes up the body......

Asylum II: championship.....
I skipped stretch as I might do that on Thursday as I teach Thursday night.  I will figure out tomorrow.  Then decide if I cycle through them again or move to P90X.  Asylum II is interesting as it has more weights added to it.

I was  too early, so I got bored.
T25:  first I did the stretch tape as I am training with a student this morning anyway.  Then it was still early so I did the Abs workout as well.  It was pretty good.  Now I have a few hours till I need to train and all the kinks are worked out.....

At the parents house, so today is an off day.  I however took the princess puppy out for her walk before it gets to hot.  I might go to the gym and work on pattern and possibly techniques, but more of a memory thing than hard training.  I seem to like having 1 day a week off.

T25:  lower body.   Oh and a 4 pound "weight" gain..... As I was off diet and had sugar Saturday and Sunday.  Fun part will be to see how fast it drops.  Also Sifu Julio Hernandez was promoted this weekend to 9th degree Grand Master is Kajukenbo and Wun Hop Keun Do.  My student was with him all weekend, I was requested to stay home for the holiday weekend from my lovely wife,😄🙄
