EVL ENGN Shred

LEGS for the Holidays.!!!!!!

DB Suitcase Squats 5x15@65# DB's
Single leg Lunges 5x10@25# DB
Sumo Squats 5x10@65# DB
Side lunge 5x10@ no extra just getting deep stretch.

Jeff Cavalier calf walk thingy.  Farmers carry, toes forward, toes outward, toes inward.  10 steps each direction each position.
used 25#, 30#, 35#, 40# and 45# DB's  this was interesting, I will need to walk farther or up the weight.

Off to get packed and then drive to my parents house.

2 miles run with my daughter as her mother told her she couldn't go alone.
Also will train at 2pm with Sifu and my student.

I have been training, and reading all the stuff going on.  So I will update today.

I still have a dose or 2 of EVL ENGN Shred.  This afternoon I started Peak Physicor from MTS> I made a boo boo and bought the flavored powder.  Not the best tasting product.  Anyway I got it on sale and wanted to compare to PEAK O2 that I reviewed as it has similar ingredients.  I also started BEAST BODY from beach body.  I have run it in the past and figured I'd give it another go.  I also am still using the Turmeric and Spirulina daily.  I guess with lifting I am also looking at keeping the muscle and dropping fat.  So, although some on here think it is silly, I am back to weighing myself daily, and so far it seems to keep me more on track.  I need to be in the best shape possible by March....  My students and I are accompanying Professor Hernandez to a tournament in NC.  I don't want to be fat and out of shape as he possibly could be getting promoted, as well as teaching a seminar in which I will probably be a target.....


Today I did back and BI, Monday was legs, Sunday was Chest, shoulders and Triceps.  I think Beast is a 4 day a week lifting program.  I am doing the build section.  Down the road I might move to the bulk section.


Yes, I have had daily smoothies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

finished EVL ENGN Shred, so I get to post a review.  Which is nice...
This morning was a fun workout.
alternated 2 min jump rope with the following, 30 sec rest then 2 min then 30 sec then back to jump rope.
push ups
leg raisers
squats
sit ups
plank.

Then worked on patterns,.

Later worked out with a student to get ready for his test Tomorrow.

Smoothie as normal

Sooner or later I need to post thoughts on the direction of the Website.  Currently it is interesting watching the opposite viewpoints come on.  It is almost like watching politics....  We here do seem to keep it way more civil than actual politics, but the seasons turn and so to will this....

Friday: no pre workout, Peak Physicor,

Jump rope to warm up.
Pattern practice for an hour.

I took the puppy in for her teeth cleaning.  Now it is off to work.
