Grits are awesome. ...   Also a good source of carbs... I do them every once in a while to have a break from oatmeal...
Many bodybuilders sell themselves short. Erroneously attributing their lack of satisfactory progress to a poverty of the requisite genetic traits, instead of to their irrational training and dietary practices, they give up training. Don't make the same mistake

ok 238.  I will have been without caffeine 2 months as of Monday.  I might re incorporate it on occasional leg days, we will see I might still wait until I am done with Liporidex.

Thurs:
Squats
10 sets 5 reps 115#,
Stiff leg deads  4 sets of 10 @ 95
Sumo squats body weight 4 sets of 10
calf raisers 4 sets of 15, (in all honesty I don't worry about calfs so I did BW)

Over head Press  10 sets of 5 reps at 95#s
DB bench press 4 sets of 8 @ 60#
DB curl 4 sets of 10 @ 30
DB behind neck tricep press 4 sets of 10 @ 40#

I did Fridays work because Friday I knew I wouldn't get to it.  I like the 6 day a week program because if I know I am going to miss a day I can do 2 day's in one.

Sat
one hour walking on the treadmill.  Might do day six later we will see.

Liporidex seems to help the night time munchies, as you see I am down 2 pounds.  Also I did TKD Thursday night as usual so that was the cardio.

I know but, I was hitting close to 1000mg a day 😜sometimes over 500mg at a pop and could seriously take a nap.... So I figured no effect time for a break.  I am assuming two months is enough to "reset" everything so I could get some enjoyment from it, but I am thinking only once or twice per week.  I would think that would keep my tolerance in check.  Bea cause when you take a fat burner with 200+ in it with your pre that has 350mg+ and still don't feel like working out,,,, well that's just wrong.😉

Other than my morning coffee at work, I only consume caffeine 3-4 days a week pre workout, and my tolerance has been the same for quite a few months now. As long as you get days off in between I think you'll be okay

a fat burner with 200+ in it

What burner did you decide on? The local Mall was having a huge sale this weekend so I stopped in at GNC to look at what they had. Nothing has changed. They have alot of product in the weight loss category but even with the sale it was still out of my price range.

Good looking workouts you have going.

I haven't been on one since I dropped caffeine.  I have used CTD's, myokems, and thermobombs as of late.  Still comes down to diet and excercise......

I had Chinese food..... I gained two pounds.... It all goes away though so no Biggs, I took my kids out for lunch and had great conversation so it's worth it.

Squats, 10 sets of 5 @ 125 go up next week
Stiff leg dreads 4 sets of 10 @ 135, I know what's up with that....
4 sets of 10 db lunges used the 30's
4 sets of 10 calf raisers used 40# db

Dwell some trooper stuff came today, so I started nutra bio whey..... Cappuccino.  First Messina are this stuff is a very fine powder.  Not overly strong at 10 oz in fact I'm going to use less water next time.  I did note a funny aftertaste so we will see if I can put a finger on it.
