Alright, let's get some more people with goals, it doesn't matter what they are we will work together to Cush them...........

As usual had class tonight, but I only had 2 hours, as the students for the last half hour didn't come tonight.

Dead lift 10 x 5 x 135 go up
db pull over 4 x 10 x 40 go up
db row 4 x 10 x 40
db shrugs 4 x 10 x 60.  more reps or longer holds?

20 mins treadmill at a 6 incline.

So the bases of this program is hit the reps if you do add 5 per side.  It is going to be 6 days a week for me, but you could alternate it and do 2 workouts together etc.  But for me right now in my busy season, a short workout with a little cardio will be more beneficial for me.

Your know, If you like the number 10 I have the perfect program for you...lol..

In regards to the question about the shrugs... The answer is both...  shoot to stay in the 8-12 range for reps and regardless of the weight you should be pausing at the top for 1-2 seconds...

  Ok, this seems to be as good a place as any for accountability..
  Today's weight is 246lbs.
Goals= Get back down around 2 bills. Trying to lean out and practice on food prepping and management to get a good base. Then try and make a switch into bulking.  Maybe set a 6 month period?
  I know at some point I'm going to have to have an inguinal hernia repaired, but I'm trying to push it out as long as I can.

Cool,  I will let you spot me 7# and we can race.😄 239 this morning.
I hope to average between 5 and 10 pounds a month, but I also want to be 200........

  Well didn't get any gym time in today. Jeep in the shop getting the busted timing belt fixed.
  Did give me time to meal prep: Grilled chicken breasts,  A mix of whole grain, brown and wild rices.
And asparagus. So I've got some meals ready. Which will help out with my 4 on/4 off work schedule.
  Tonight's dinner= Parmesean crusted tilapia fillets, Grits and spinich...   Wife says i'm the one pregnant and not her.
  Been looking around on Amazon and found some nifty 3 compartment, dishwasher safe storage containers for about a buck each. Trying to make this easy. Already can see I'm going to have to manage carbs alot better.
