2.5 hours last night.  ground work and standing drills.  Good workout.

Train at 9 this morning, probably till noon.  WHKD first hour or so then on to other things.  All in all should be good.  Then I get to drive home and start being the chauffer for my daughter......

Boxing for 1.5 hours. Then spear training for another hour or so.  Had a lot of fun training so that is good.  Also made it home to see my daughters tennis lesson.  Now the boy and wife are taking naps, not sure what that is about.

not bad for a Monday.  Wife and daughter off on a college trip so I get to get some stuff done!

Time off to go to ND and get my daughter her license.  Also had testing last week.  But, I guess it is good to take small breaks.

5 sets jump rope till a miss.  Kind of annoying kept missing around 275?
Then did kettle bells in a full body type workout,

Insanity: core balance and power.
Not bad, had a few days of BDay celebrations, Father's Day and anniversaries.  So gained some weight, but it seems ok.
