solo training this morning.  Basics, patterns, techniques and stretching.  Will be training with Sifu and Mr. Dan this afternoon.

Trained and visited with Sifu Julio last night.  Interesting trying to get a program for his idea of teaching.  Wun Hop Kuen Do seems to have more space for individualization in technique.  Still fun to do.  I have noticed that everybody has pretty much left this forum.  However I still like my journal so we shall see where it goes.  Current next step is to make 100 pages😜😜😜.  From what I understand a lot of people went over to the forums on www.priceplow.com.  Anyhow, we have class this morning at 9, will be done around 11 to 12.  Then it is rush home for tennis.

Trained with my students and Sifu this morning.  My guys for about 45 minutes, then went on to Sifu's stuff......

Oops, yesterday was Asylum:
Today Asylum: strength.  Used heavier Dumbbells and suffered wonderfully for it.😂😂
I am still having fun just running through the DVD workouts I have.  So I guess I will continue that.
Also closing in on 100 pages of logging.  Pretty interesting to see the changes and similarities throughout what I do.  Raining today so probably no walk with the puppers.

Drove to train with the guys this morning.
Wife is at the lake so I was home yesterday to pick up the kids.  Drove back this morning.  Boxing and stick work!
Came home and my daughter had tennis and then we went driving.  She will be taking her test soon.

Today raining, did insanity: pure cardio

Insanity: Max interval circuit

Decided to go back to Max instead of going to asylum 2.  I might start asylum on the 1st of June.  Diet is currently staying pretty strict.  Which means weight is dropping.  So far I am still not getting bored, so that is a good thing.  I also might start incorporating some other items as well, but we shall see.  Summer gets busy with being a chauffeur.
