Self training in gym then took parents to breakfast.
Class from 9am to 1pm.
Only 1 student showed for make up class, so I let him train with the big boys till noon.  Went through a bunch of stuff and had a good time.
Sticks, spear, hand and kicking.  What more could you want.  Really great opportunity for the student who showed as he is getting ready for his first belt test.

I also then took fluffy princess out for her walk.  After I took my daughter to school.  I guess it is summer and I can start getting the puppers outside right?

Patterns, techniques, kettle bell and kicking.  I forgot my insanity dvd's so I made my own up.  Also will train Wun Hop Keun Do tonight with GM Julio Hernandez (new title as he received his 9th degree from SGM Al Dacascos).

Took puppers out for a walk.  Then she went to the groomers. Took daughter to school. Worked on the lawn.  So no "real" workout today....
