T25: Beta ripped T circ.

interestingly this is kind of fun.  working through the programs I get starter to hard and then t25 as a rest?  Then I can start Insanity again.

T25:  Beta core.  Basically mild cardio with absentric movements to work the abs....  I guess summer is coming right?

T25:  upper body.  Another nice workout.  Then went through patterns.  Might get to train this evening, otherwise will be training tomorrow morning with the guys......

Training with GM Julio and the guys. Patterns, boxing, kicking and sticks.  Then high tailed it out of town before the blizzard came in.

I decided to go back to Insanity:  Plyometric cardio circuit.   I did better than the last time I did it.  Obviously this increased my workout time as the first part of Insanity is around 40 minutes or so, compared to T25 (25 minutes).  So this should be fun.

Same smoothie:
steak, carrots, water.
also in a weird way trying a "feeding" window.  I figure it isn't that hard, and my window is huge, 10 to 12 hours.  basically trying not to eat after 8pm (my time to normally go off track) and don't in until after 8am, which normally is more 9ish for my post workout smoothie.

The fun thing is as always, Even though I did better the workout is still hard.  I just did more reps in the scheme of things.

Same as always.

I also am starting to feel lighter in a good way.  Some exciting things happening with training and life, so who knows where it will go.  I also am starting to like summer I guess.  I have a lot of things on my mind and some of them are out of my control, so I guess you and I are in for the ride.

Taught last nights classes and had fun.  Hit the gym for cardio, pattern and technique work this morning.
Also brought a smoothie with me to keep on track.
