Hilarious, actually wasn't even thinking that.  I just normally train by myself Friday mornings now.  Although a few of them did say they hated what I was having them do.  Even one of the assistant instructors asked "who peeed you off today?".  Oh well, I will have my higher level students in class tomorrow, we shall see what they have to do.

Only 2 showed up, so we trained for an hour and a half and called it good.  Wife was happy that I came back home early.

Max sports conditioning.  I skipped max recovery as I did other things on the weekend.  I might throw in the upper body workout in later but tomorrow I am moving to asylum.

Asylum speed and agility.  Not as much rest between movements.  However I noticed my clothes are getting loose.  Diet is also more on point though.

Asylum relief.  Which works well as I teach class tonight.  A lot of stretching for about 30 minutes.

Asylum strength....  Kettle bell work.  (supposed to be dumbbell but I only had kettle bells.). So far I like my method as I haven't repeated a workout so it is always something different.  Sometimes in the past I got bored of the routine as they are repeated so frequently.  Because I have Insanity, Asylum, Asylum II, my repeat rate shouldn't be that often.
Diet is remaining better.  I have been watching YouTube..... Pro meat, pro veggie, pro whatever.  Main thing they seem to agree on is processed food and sugar are bad.......

Friday trained for about 3 hours.
Saturday trained 3 hours with a few guys, Julio , Keoni, joe.   9 to 12 .
Today maybe a break.

Asylum:  Strength with bands, in actuality I prefer the DB versions.  Although the biceps did get more work I think with the bands.

Asylum II:
Upper elite.  Basically a crud ton of upper body DB work with some mixed in cardio.

Also shoveled this morning 2 times?
