I had a banana with it as breakfast and a handful of almonds.

Off to clean the house so that I can start working...…..

Insanity recovery.   I am going to run through my collection of DVD's.  Meaning I am not following the program just going to do the DVD's front to back.  Including asylum I and II.  Probably throw a little P90x3 into the mix as well.

Yesterday was family as I had relatives come visit.  Today I took my daughter on her second college visit..... What the heck, last week I swear I took her to kindergarten .........

Next week I assume I'll hit asylum.
I also cracked and had 2 donuts yesterday so the weight didn't move, but it is still funny how it does when I drop sugar......

Glad your still at this....keep it up. Hopefully this site comes back. I miss reading daslayas logs felt like I knew the guy in real life. At least your still doing these! I know most have left but im still reading...

Thanks,  yeah the detail is a little down on mine as well.  I miss some of the old guys logs as it sparked conversation.  Anyhow, thanks for dropping a note, hope you are having good results reaching towards your current goals...…

Insanity max interval cardio.  I tell ya, no matter how many times you do these they don't get easier...….

Class last night, had some fun.  Made the students work hard.  I felt really light if that makes sense.  This morning I was by myself.  Hit patterns and memory work on some other techniques.  Now it is off to fill out paperwork for work......
