Try these smoothies, just had these recently:

Watermelon Cooler: .5 medium sized pear; 4 leaf Basil; 4 cup Watermelon

Pineapple Green Shake:  2 cup Pineapple, 1 cup Kale, 1 tbsp Ginger Root, 1 Cup Coconut Water

Tues: I took my sister to Cities for doctor appointment. 
Wed. Installed 6 panel doors and microwave in my house.
Thursday:  looks like clean up and get ready for the weekend.

So in other words, I was lazy and decided not to workout.

Hit the bags for a while.
Pattern practice.

Train at 530 with a couple guys as well.

Friday night trained sticks and some flow drills with my student and Sifu.  Then just Sifu and I for a while.  Fun times.

Saturday.
Trained with my students and an instructor from another school in town.  Different style but fun to train with.  Went from 9 to 11:30.  Covered a bunch of stuff.  Sharing information is fun when you get the right people.

My review for Reload is up.  Possibly could be the last review I post.  I guess it will depend on the direction the site takes.  But I completed all my trooper products and posted my reviews for them.

MTS Machine whey triple chocolate (has little chocolate chips)

zucchini
pineapple

Daslaya, I haven't tried your ideas yet.  But it looks like I have some spare time.  This smoothie I made today was pretty sweet....

Pattern practice this morning.  Alone time in the gym.  Last night Sifu came to class so we worked the students out extra hard.  They have next Tuesday off, so might as well make them sore.
Still have 1 pattern to re-learn.  Then hopefully we keep it up.

Yeah I have been slowly integrating Smoothies in for either breakfast and/or afternoon snacks.  It has been fun trying out different recipes.  My wife has gone all in with Smoothies for Breakfast now.  You may have been on to something..............  Nice to see you keeping your log going though I don't think anyone even comes here anymore.  I am going to officially close mine out.

I tend to concur, pretty much a ghost town.  But sometimes logging keeps me honest.  Drop a note if you find a similar community.

Trained at home, came to Holmen Friday night.
Trained with my guys for a few hours.  Sparring techniques, boxing techniques, kicking combinations.
Today was going great until I went shopping. Got out of car went in and on the way something shifted in my upper back.  Could be crash related could just be bad luck.  Anyway, pain is now my friend again........

Hey guys,

Haven't been consistent in posts.  I guess the lack of people on has my enthusiasm down a bit?  I have had some workouts.  Pretty much think I am back in line.  Chiropractor put a few ribs back in place.  I guess the fact that everyone walked away is a good thing but it has been a set back.  We will see what happens when the new site arrives.  Until then I will probably not be posting a lot.  Have a great day, and better workouts when you can.
