Step back lunges 5x10 each side
DB Calf raises 5x10@65  ( I still have to teach class tonight so I went a little less the 100%)
2 miles on the treadmill.
5 sets of leg raises @ 40 reps

Went from boxing to sticks to arrest and control tactics to knife defense and offense....  What did I learn? Pain tolerance 401......
That's ok we all need to learn stuff right?

Same sups, different instructor today.  Up in Moorhead for a 4 hour seminar.  Keeps a guy busy doesn't it.......

4.5 hours..... Made it home, found which stuff my right shoulder tolerates and which stuff it says no to.
Always a good time to hang with the boys and girls for some training.

The problem with waking up early most of the time is how quite you have to be....  Other thing to note is how kids can be up early most days, except Sunday.  In which case they could sleep till noon......
Oh well should be a good day, I have to figure out what program I want to start again so we shall see.  I hooked up my in laws ring doorbell and eclectic smoker so I don't have to during Christmas.  Now I have to find out what else to do........

Making pumpkin pies....  Hopefully I don't eat them.  The wife likes my pumpkin pie the best so I don't have a choice on making them.

This tastes really earthy today, not sure why but not my favorite.

Also walked on the old treadmill for 3 miles.  Watching Ice Fantasy.... Subtitles are great.........
