So, last night I was contemplating my back workout for today.....

evl engn shred....  Probably should of picked a flavor as I am not a grape fan I guess.  But I like to roll the dice and let them decide.....

Pull ups 5x4 I know less reps right.... well ha ha to you, no assist as I wanted to see what would happen.
At this time I realized that today should of been leg day.  Not sure why I wanted to do back.... oh well, on we went.
DB ROW 5x10@65 no straps, working on range of motion.  These felt pretty solid.
wide grip pull ups 5x4 assisted by 3 bands.  Not sure why just felt like doing them.

EZ Bar wide grip curls.  5x8@72.5#'s  Looks like one more rep than last post.
DB curls to the outside of shoulder? (Jeff Cavalier stuff, you know watch a video have to try them) 5x10@ 10, 12, 15, 20, and 5@25
Band curls close grip 5x10

leg raisers 5x40

2 miles on the old treadmill.

Some days are better than others.  But at least you got it done regardless.  This is why i like to stay on programs, so I do not bounce around all over the place, otherwise I would do the same thing over and over and over!!  Once you get working out and doing anything, you are already better than those that do not!!

Yep, I am on a plan, just the days have changed. Today would be back if I had lifted Sunday.  But I did Sunday on Monday..... You get the drift.
Currently running the plan based off of the tigerfitness program.  I am thinking about ordering one of the athleanx programs...... We shall see.

DB suitcase squats 5x10@65 used straps
5x12 lunges
5x12 sumo squat with 65# DB  (holding 2 35's messed up my balance.)
5x10 hip thrusters with 65# DB
5x10 butterfly stretch hip thruster (jeff Cavalier thingy)
5x10 single leg calf raises 5x10 with 65# DB
5x45 crunches

2 miles on the treadmill.

(didn't have a zucchini)

I am gaining weight on Laxogenin, possibly from lifting heavier, possibly due to eating more.  Oh well time to focus.....

Well, since it is silly to do legs 2 days in a row.  I went on the old treadmill for 3 miles.  I also will workout tonight with the guys.  So it should be fun.  Ill hit legs again tomorrow and then be back on schedule for next week. 
Evl ENGN Shred did not make my heart explode....
Also am going to testing on Saturday at another school in town so that should be interesting.

also I didn't buy zucchini as I am leaving town today so I will have to vegetable shop when I come home Sunday..... (or Saturday night depending how testing goes)

Thursday night class ran a circuit with my classes.
Friday morning I hit the gym  for an hour or so. 
Ended up training with my student for anoth hour and a half at night.

Sat
Trained with my guys for a little over an hour.
Went to testing in another school for a while.
Drove home and got to watch my daughter in a tennis tournament.

So far evil engn is treating me well.  Also diet has remained in check and I'm starting to feel less bloated? I seem to drop fluid when I get on track and drop extra sugar.  Problem, is it isn't always fun so hopefully I can make a valid reason to stay on track permenantly......

Sunday:
EVL ENGN Shred.....

10 sets of 5 @ 135 bench.  (not sure why just what seemed to work)
8 sets of 6 @ 40#'s  Incline DB press

DB Shoulder press sets of 5 @ 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 20
DB side lat 5x10@15

DB Tricep behind head 6 x 8 @ 25, 30, 35, 35, 30, 25
Band tricep push downs 6x10

3 miles tread mill. 1 walk, 1 jog, 1 walk.  Gotta get my Netflix in before the Wii takes it away....

Monday:
EVL ENG Shred  / I should note I am also almost done with laxogenin.  But that is applied after a shower so I haven't really posted it.

DB Suitcase squats 5x12@65# DB's
Lunges  5x10 single leg, added 1 12# DB held on the front leg side
Sumo squats DB 5x12 @ 65# DB
Single leg calf raisers 5x15@65#  DB held on working side leg.
5x15 goofy Jeff Cavalier butterfly glut thingy
5x15 DB hip thrusters.

Hopefully will hit treadmill later today.  I had to run errands and now I have work to do......

5x11@65#  DB Row still not using straps, feeling it in the forearms.
5x5 wide pull ups 3 band assisted

EZ Bar curl 5x9@72.5 outside grip
DB Curls sets of 8.  20, 25, 30, 25, 20.   last 2 sets where actually sets of 10

took daughter to school.  On the way home decided that I should do Cardio insanity instead of hitting the treadmill.  So did the cardio circuit (first dvd after fit test).  What I found out is that the DVD's are very dependent on you doing them.  So when you haven't done them in a while, they really suck.  I made it, but I remember being so much better....

Started taking NutraBio reload......
Passion fruit.  Wanted to try this as 1 it should help with recovery, 2 it gives me an afternoon treat to also hopefully stem the idea of having something less healthy.

Strength gains rule!! I should be getting my Reload today....looking forward to it!!  How did you like your laxogenin run?  Keep getting after it, you gotta be fit to be Wis3!!

I actually liked it.  I have never used a topical before so that was interesting.  But other than covering my whole upper body and then parts of legs sometimes, it actually dries by the time I was done shaving etc, so it was pretty easy.  Thank goodness I didn't need to use 5 pumps though, I don't know where I would of put it....😂
I should be working in the review today.  Also probably should of run 2 bottles of it, but maybe spring time I'll do that.
