Bench 135, 145,155,165, 145 sets of 8
DB Unilateral Bench sets of 10@ 30, 35, 40, 45, 50

DB Shoulder press 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 @ 10 reps
DB side Lateral  5x10@15's

DB Behind head tricep ext 5x10@ 30,35,40,45,50
DB Close grip bench 5x10@ 25, 30, 35, 40, 45

Plank holds 5x85seconds

Monday:
DB suitcase squats 5x10@50's
5x10 lunges each leg
DB Sumo squats 5x10@35's
5x10 hip thrusters with 45# dumbell

Calf raises 5x10 with 50# dumbbell
5x35 crunches

2 miles on the treadmill.
clean the house?  I think I will count it as low intensity steady state cardio...…..

ingredients are not listed in amount order, just more of a what I put in.  They do seem to be in the order I put them in though...….

Topical laxogenin is having an effect in my opinion.  I seem to be less sore and more ready to train.  I also seem to have a desire to lift heavier, which I haven't had in a while.  I am guessing that is because I am less sore....  Also, and I don't know why, but I feel "bigger" without being heavier if that makes sense.  Probably a mental thing due to pushing heavier stuff.  You know cardio insanity makes you toned and smaller, lifting heavy (for me) is supposed to make you bigger....

Back Day!!!!:

Fusion Force with added BCAA's

5x7 pull ups with one band assist.. last two where close so we will see next week. I counted them but they where squeeky….
5x10@65# DB row no straps, slower than last week
5x12 seated band rows

DB curls 10@ 20, 25, 30.   7@35,  10@25
EZ bar curls outer grip.  5x7@ 72.5   Funny thought I put the weight on and was lifting.  Then thinking what the heck this is heavy.  I didn't remember that last week I used 47.5#'s  oops.  Oh well it is with the game plan of heavy.

5x40 crunches

With how far behind I am in posting it shows we need more logs..... Not even falling off the first page?....
Oh well I have a bunch to update, hopefully I'll get it tomorrow.  Just saying I like my laxogenin, and have been having good workouts.
Although in tonight's workout some dummy put in burpee's......🙄🙄🙄
8 stations 2 mins per station 30 second rest grab equipment between stations.....

Ewww burpee's.  They are the  worst!   Its great that you are still getting after it though and able to do all that.  i agree we do need more logs.  Maybe we will get some fresh blood on here soon, who knows!

Hopefully, yeah logs seem to cycle.  There was a time when if you didn't post everyday you would end up on the second page.....
As for still hitting it, yep it is fun but when your students are 16 and 17 and last night a couple younger... I really hate their recovery rate.....
It almost makes me feel old....

So I obviously gave up on posting last weeks workouts.  But I had them and they where good.....  But it is a new week so here we go.

The laxogenin product is interesting I think I am getting stronger, but this week I am getting some joint discomfort.

Started taking EVL ENGN Shred.  Way more jolt than my previous pre (also almost 3x the caffeine so woo who...…)

Bench.
5 @ 135, 145, 155, 165.  3@ 175
DB Unilateral bench 5x45 @10

DB Shoulder press 5 x 10 @ 30
DB side lateral 5 x 10 @ 15's

DB Behind the head tricep 5x10@30  was going to go up but shoulder said NO

Close grip bench 5x10@ 35


Dropped planks as shoulder is bugging me.  Hit treadmill for 2 miles walking.

Good to hear that laxogenin is working for you, it never seemed to do anything for me, but I only ever tried it in Halo - Redcon1.  I think it all comes down to how it is absorbed,  You should up your Fish Oil or get some Joint support going so you are in discomfort for the rest of your run!  We'll take your word for it that you worked out last week  :)  Keep up the good work my man!

Cinnamon is pretty awesome.  Although I think you get a little de-sensitized...... I put in 5 shakes and think it gives a nice little hint of cinnamon......  My kids however think that it is like doing the cinnamon challenge.....😜
As for zucchini, it adds bulk and minimal flavor.  Thickens up the shake a little bit as well.  For me it gets that 2 veggie to 1 fruit idea a lot easier.
