Search for my old belt, recomp for all. Wis3guy « : January 11, 2016, 06:05:10 AM »
So there we have it a recomp log for all.  Feel free to post picture in this log for any goals you have.
Mine is to fit back into one of my old belts (picture to come)
I started at 240 on Jan 2 2016.
Also started using liporidex as well so my log will continue for them here as well.

So I suggest before and after pictures, statement of goals, time line.  Then people that look at the log can have a chance to vote every so often as to how it's going.

Happy new year, and good luck.  The only thing I can offer is bragging rights as of now so who else wants to join?

I'll join you on this later.
You know what my goals are until march, which are get strong as possible and get close as possible to 220 without  becoming a fat ass. After the meet however, id like to lean out a touch for the summer and the ladies. Im currently about 210, would like to see an even 200 on the scale at some point, while continuing to get stronger. I'll post up some pics later, and again in march.
Kill it dude, looking forward to you achieving your goals!

So this is the home gym.  I also have a gym next door (yes I am spoiled).  This is where my work will be done.

Today's program.

10 sets of 5 reps squats @ 115
Stiff leg db 4 sets of 10 at 25 ( supposed to be lying leg curl)
Db lunges 4 sets of 10 at 25
4 sets of 12 calf raises today I used db's

20 min treadmill on a 6 incline.

Jan 2 = 240
Today = 239.2
Goal is to hit 200.  I am 5'9" and 44 years old.  Below you see an old belt.  Also I'm wearing a size large shirt which needs to not be so tight 😢. As the year goes on I intend to make the belt grow long!!!!!!

Great to see you’re using the stimulant free formula - which works primarily via 2 pathways: 1) appetite reduction & 2) Body recomposition. Here’s a bit of info re: one of our favorite ingredients: Ursolic acid.

https://www.myliporidex.com/ursolic-acid

As a side note, we actually conducted some research to determine the optimal appetite suppressant dosage using a cohort of 18 fasted, hunger induced subjects. The specific manner in which we “induced hunger” was pretty "interesting", but highly effective to say the least (and yes it was conducted in the "recreational use" state of Colorado)    ;) ;) ;)

So the liporidex is easy to take.  So far just some burps and occasional heart burn. The scale is dropping slowly so that's a good sign it's not water weight.

OHP. 10 X 5 X 85 go up next week
DB incline fly 4 X 10 X 30 go up
DB curl 4 X 25 X 10
Skull crushers 4 X 72.5 X 10
20 mins on the treadmill😄

Different type of transformation here. I used to weigh 125 lbs and now weigh around 220. I'm looking to add lean muscle mass and improve my powerlifting total. I would wake up and barely be able to have the strength to get out of bed. I would wake up so sick and in pain every morning. I am free from all of that now and it feels amazing. The iron has played a huge part in my recovery. I now bench 345, squat 470, and deadlift 500. Looking to get to 1510 by 12/16 (385, 525, 600).

Dang skippy,  I love my family, but the iron never complains.  It's always there, it doesn't care if I use other iron, it doesn't care when I want to use it it's always there, silently saying lift me dang it lift me.😉
