Solid shoulder day man...   Question, Why are you doing 3 different shoulder presses in the same workout?  Just curious... All 3 of them are really good exercises , Especially the standing barbell press.  However I think it may be a little over kill...
I get doing DB presses after your main pressing exercise being it hits the delts differently.  The volume you have going is awesome, I just think if you were to drop one of the pressing exercises and split those 4 sets between the other 2 pressing exercises , You could push harder and heavier with the same volume... Just a thought....       Either way I'm following....   Kill It !
Many bodybuilders sell themselves short. Erroneously attributing their lack of satisfactory progress to a poverty of the requisite genetic traits, instead of to their irrational training and dietary practices, they give up training. Don't make the same mistake

Great work man! Nice PR

Thanks, strangest thing is the day before I went out drinking against my better judgement with some friends and was hung over Sat. But ended up hitting the PR even without wraps which I always use on deads.

Solid Training dude...  Congrats on that PR...   In regards to the bent over rows...   I think 205 is your sweet spot as far as quality reps with keeping form in check..  Keep up the good work..

Just some thoughts and questions. So today started my week 5 of LGD. Have two weeks of stuff left, 6 weeks total.

So far I have seen almost no shut down, a good amount of mass, hit my DL PR of 415, Bench Press PR of 295 and Squat PR of 315. Should I order another bottle and take this stuff to 8 weeks or would it be best to stay at 6 weeks and do a PCT right after.

Around week 6 is usually when you start to feel the shut down.  I would just go the planned 6 weeks and go to PCT.
