Nice work - consistent!

did you go wider on the snatch grip DL and could you feel a difference?

Solid lifting dude...
Many bodybuilders sell themselves short. Erroneously attributing their lack of satisfactory progress to a poverty of the requisite genetic traits, instead of to their irrational training and dietary practices, they give up training. Don't make the same mistake

Thanks guys.  I caught some kind of bug this weekend, so I missed Saturday and Sunday.  Looking to get back in for upper body after work today.

Thanks man.  Yeah, I went a little wider - kept my index just outside the power ring instead of on it.  Wasn't much different than last week, but I can definitely feel the snatch grip deads in my quads more, whereas conventional hits my glutes and hams more.  I feel like they are a good complimentary lift to conventional deads because of this.  They are tough for sure, especially after squatting.  I'd be curious to see how much I could do when fresh.

Snatch grip I always do as wide as I can go on the knurling. Theyre basically simulating a deficit deadlift. By putting the hands out so wide, your increasing the distance you have to travel and reach down for the bar. You also have to really get the ass down to keep the back strait, which is why you feel it in the quads. I agree, awesome challenging movement that's become one of my favorite accessories

It's funny you say that.. I was also laid up for 3 days as well with a bug...  it seems everyone I know is sick right now... poo sucks..

Ya'll gonna let some sniffles keep you from the iron?

GTFO!!!

LOL, let's get back at it Robbie!!!
Any human can train with iron, but it takes a machine to destroy the iron

You don't need to be an ABSOLUTE FREAK in order to be strong, you need to work ABSOLUTELY FREAKING hard to become strong

Still felt kind of crappy, but I took some sinus medicine and went in anyway, just for you WarMachine lol..  I felt much better once I got started and it went better than I thought it would.  My cousin was there tonight too to give a spot, so I was able to push to failure on my last set of bench.  All in all, a good productive night.

NutraBio Whey Isolate review is finally up.  I had to go back and edit out the ingredient profile because apparently we aren't supposed to include it anymore.

Gonna get the Super Laxo review up this week as well.
