Well. It's been a while. Like 2 years.

Current:
187lbs
~15% bf

Goals are basically to get in better shape, more definition, get stronger. The usual I guess. In my head I want to be around 178 but we'll see what it looks like when I get there.

Current split is Haney-style 3 on 1 off.
Day 1: Chest and Arms
Day 2: Legs and Cardio
Day 3: Back and Shoulders
Day 4: Rest or Cardio
Repeat

Will probably switch it up soon but I've liked this split.

Training is generally fasted (besides 10g of HumaPro or BCAA PWO) with mostly free weights, some deadlifts, and cable stuffs. All about form and tempo. I take days off sort of as I feel I need them, but usually try to do some light jogging for at least 25 minutes on most days.

My diet isn't strict but it's been really good and generally clean for the last few weeks (Down about 10lbs since the start of May). I've been doing Intermittent Fasting for about 2 weeks now and really like it. I drink a few servings of HumaPro throughout the day, and usually break the fast somewhere in the 3-5pm range with a whey shake, chicken, brown rice or sweet potato, broccoli, or something along those lines, then stop eating at 10pm. The rest of the diet generally includes some greek yogurt, ezekiel bread, Trader Joe's PB with flax and chia seeds (this stuff is amazing), and some snacks, although fewer since I started IF.

To start this probably never ending log I'm starting a new stack.

Ostar1ne by Olympus Labs 20/20/20/20/20/20/20/20
Ursolic Acid (Nutraplanet) 750mg/day (Only have enough for 33 days right now, but hoping to order more so I can continue for full 8 weeks.)
Forskolin (Nutraplanet) 75mg/day (of active; pills are 20% forskolin so I will take around 350mg to 400mg of pills)HumaPro - Several scoops/day
Bio-Gro 4-6 scoops/day

Starting Week 5:
D-Pol
Starting week 3:
Finaflex PCT Revolution Black (only because I have it already)
BPS EndoSurge turbo

Regulars:
Whey (Iso Sensation 93, IsoFlex, etc.)
Micellar Casein
Multi
Fish Oil
MuscleFeast Creapure 5g/day
Acetyl-L-Carnitine 2g/day
Na-R-ALA 420mg/day
BCAA's intra

I've taken OstaRX by IML before and liked it, but I'm in much better shape and generally more aware workout- and diet-wise than I was at that time, so I want to see what it can do for me now.

Log will start tomorrow: I'm going to try to post workout summary's; generally how I'm feeling the stack, noticeable improvements or changes, and at least one full workout for each muscle group every 2 weeks to check in on progress. That kind of thing. Maybe before and after pics.
Would love some feedback on the stack. Tried to go with some synergistic compounds like ALCAR and NaRALA, Choline and Forskolin. I'll definitely be writing a review on the Ostar1ne, Endosurge turbo, and probably the HumaPro as well from an IF perspective when I'm done.

You wont see anything at 10mg of Osterine, bump it up to 20mg and ride that out for 8 weeks to see the best results. Also no reason to take it to 25, won't get much benefit from it and it anything will increase chances of suppression.

Thanks man. I was thinking of it like medicine building up, but I'm gonna go with the 20 straight through like you said, maybe keep the last week at 10.

Apparently Nutraplanet aren't what they used to be, or they just only decide to send out certain orders. Placed my order last week on 2 day delivery and nothing yet. No contact information. Nada. I'll give it probably till the end of the week, then will reorder from lockout or somewhere like that. If anyone can recommend a good site for quality bulk ingredients I'd appreciate it.

On to the workout.

Felt alright today, have definitely had worse. I took Alphamine around 2 hours pwo so I didn't want to take anything else that soon after.
I'm always looking to switch up workouts and exercises so any tips would be awesome. Only thing I can't do is heavy, flat BB work and dips.

If you want to stay away from heavy bb flat bench, Then focus on incline & decline bb benching.   Both are really good chest builders.  Just my 2 cents worth..

I'll definitely incorporate that. Maybe next chest day start with incline BB as heavy as I can instead of DB's. Then the next time do decline BB, etc.

Will definitely check that out before I head to the gym tomorrow.

Also I'm considering trying Primeval Labs Tri-Sarm instead of just ostarine if I have to reorder my stack from another site. Planning on doing a little more research on it, but does anyone have any experience with any of the other compounds? It is S4, Ostarine, and LGD.

Definitely recommend switching the sequence of your exercises for a given muscle group each time - keep em guessing... Flat barbell bench press is like a completely different exercise when you do it last for chest instead of first. Good luck with the cycle - I am def interested to see what you think of the Osta
