I read the whole thing just to find out he is plugging his new multi.

He's going to take over the Dr Oz show!!!
For sure he's promoting his products but there's some info in there. I didn't know about the zinc and amino uptake interference and sometimes I have my multi after workout

I had so much more respect for him before he had his supplement line.

Well, it's not the worst self-promotion that I've seen.

Unfortunately, it is what it is at the end of the day, I guess. He built a good personal brand that people came to know and trust (Supported by his qualifications), stepped in to the supplement industry and used it to his advantage. Clever and clearly knows his stuff, but for those that can see through it, a tad dissapointing.. Gotta do what you gotta do. See an opp and take it..

I could actually use some really good multi vitamins.  Right now, I am in the middle of a Heavy Metal Detox and that can take some supplements out of your body.... things like zinc and selenium.   Not only those, but many more vitamins and minerals my body needs.

I don't know. I really like the article. I would feel a certain type of way if he gave us all this info and then pushed his product which didn't meet any of the standards that he listed. He is backing his product up with facts and I appreciate that.

We produce a multi-vitamin under another brand I won't promote. He talks about absorption and inclusion just for the sake of inclusion, but if he is serious about delivery why did he create a powder? Why not a liquid?

Liquid multis are becoming more widespread. Centrum even makes one now. The absorption rate of vitamins is so low in pill form I would take almost any random liquid multi off Amazon before I took a pill. Yeah, it's less convenient.. but if you actually want your vitamins...

Liquids, gummies, pills.  Let's be honest, whatever people buy they will sell.  Now I agree that most people don't eat enough of the correct foods to get the "optimal" amount of vitamins, but I'm not sure which one ends ups being the "best".  The other thing I wonder about is the people that overuse them and then eat like poo cause "I am covered".

Also, some people think they are covered, when in reality, their MV uses forms of minerals your body cannot absorb. Magnesium oxide is a good example, I think only 25% of it can be absorbed, other than that it's a laxative(remember SuperDump 250?). B-12 has this as well. Cyanocobalamin must convert to methylcobalamin to be absorbed. Only 1% actually does. It's just cheaper at the end of the day.
If you can't explain it using simple words, you don't understand it well enough.

Vital4u looked interesting glad it's working out.  Just ordered liquid mega multi from tropical Oasis via trooper so looking forward to seeing the difference with a liquid over a pill
