I will add a three mile run.  Uphill both oops I mean one way,(can't fool you guys).  But now I should be done for today.

One scoop nutrabio pre extreme,
Lat raise reps 15-12-8. Weight 15-20-25
Arnold press reps 15-12-8/8. Weight. 15-20-25/20

Upright rows reps 15-12-8/8-12-15. Weight per side Ez bar 15-20-25/25-20-15

Alt front raise reps 15-12-8 weight 10-15-20
Do raise up twist left right, reps 10-10-10. Weight 15

Reverse fly on bench reps 15-12-8/8-12-15. Weight. 10-15-20/20-15-10

Superman stretch
Plank hold bring right knee under over, left knee under over


Have a spectacular and safe Fourth of July!!!!!!
Go for a three mile run.  I found some more hills to go up in the neighborhood.

Holy crapola,
Anyway, week and a half to get ready for vacation. Week of vacation. (Bought the wife a new lake house during vacation) dealing with work stuff that got backed up for a week or so, and nobody noticed I was gone.  Oh and no freaking interenet for part of that time.

So body beast worked in increasing my strength and endurance, lake time meant running in the morning, and now I am looking at what I should do.  Finally finished pre extreme review will be up tomorrow. Finished all day you may. Both of them lasted a long time for me.  Also have two scoops of creatine left.  I was using e scoop from my stimul8 which is 4.6 something so I heaped it but fifty days of servings turned into a lot more.....
Oh well hope you all are having fun, I know I am.

 ??? Kids are back from July vacations..... So the warm up for class last night.
One minute intervals, complete circuit 3 times.

Boxing techniques (no dumbells sorry war) on wavemaster

Kettle bell squats

Right and left roundhouse kicks against wavemaster

Left to right touch ground at each side of ladder (5 rung ladder)

Medicine ball sit ups.  Touch ball to floor by your feet and then behind head with arms stretched out.

Shoulder tap moving on 5 rung ladder left to right.

Tired kiddies but well warmed up when we finished.

Well at least back to updating.  Even without internet we can still work out.  Also just signed up for a boatload of finaflex nobody seemed to want, so excess stims here I come.😜

I love finaflex... Except how stimul8 gives me heart palps
There was something different about her..something special. And he couldn't quite place it...but it was in the way she moved...and what she did..

I have used stimul8 and I love it.  But my tolerance is messed up.  I was going to take a stim break but hey stimul8 in pill form, an RTD, and some amino energy.  I couldn't pass that up. 
Workouts are going great.  My students are coming back from break. So life is good.  I am going to simplify and end this log today.  I will start a new finaflex log when I get my new stuff and be doing a more detailed log.
It will involve, lifting, cardio, TKD, and food.....  As usual comments or suggestions welcome, hope to see you over there.

I don't use dumbbells when I box anymore, I just use those chains I stole from deumcole and wrap around my fists 8)

So the new thread will be "finaflex stimul8ed workouts with added bcaa energy"
I am going to be increasing cardio and changing my weights.  I am thinking that I will have a 3 day a week major lifts, Monday deads or squats, Wednesday bench, Friday squats or dead, with auxiliary stuff added when I feel like it.  Steady state cardio in the morning and other activities throughout the week. I also signed up for a test booster so we will throw that in there as well.  I figure at 43 it can't hurt.

As well as cleaning up the diet, summer has been very bad, although rather tasty.....
New thread starts when the product arrives.

So, until my troops product gets sent out I'm starting my newer program idea, so 4 mins to cardio.
Transporter season two. One episode a day hop on the treadmill and go. I also ordered some beta alanine and creatine (creapure) from prosource.net that should be here today.

Off we go.
