We have only had 2 measurable snow falls so far all winter here in Northern IL. I think 3" was the most, crazy,  but I won't complain.

No pre workout today.

I am fluctuating between 218 and 222 depending on what I eat.  I haven't been posting daily because I am in a maintenance series as of the moment.

DB OHP 25# @ 10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10  Good shoulder warm up.
DB Lat Raises 15# @ 10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10
DB Front Raises 15# @ 10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10
DB Rear Raises 15# @ 10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10
DB Shrugs 55# @ 10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10

Only counting to 40 or 50 on all of these sets.
Finished with a jump on the treadmill 8 incline 3mph (fasted still so steady state) 40 minutes.

Had tons of energy again today.  Kids have school off so worked out before they start moving....

I must be getting to better numbers because the first excercise is effecting the rest of the workout.

Bench 155 @ 10-10-10-10-10-8-8-8-7-7
Incline DB bench 55 @ 10-10-10-10-8-7-7-6-6-5 fudge sticks.
DB fly 35@ 10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10

Feel pretty decent. Workout aren't causing major doms but I still feel the muscle group a couple days later.  Most notable was biceps they felt full all weekend.

After the super bowl I went down to do chest. However I didn't feel like GVT, I felt like a strength check.

So I lifted at home, so feet up on the bench.  This is what I got a while ago when I was at the gym flat footed so I am happy.
Incline db press 55@ 10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10
Flat fly db 40@ 10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10
Push-ups 20-20-20-20
Plank holds for 30 seconds five times

Stimul8 cherry limeade.   I really love this stuff.
shoveled (not a lot but I did my house and the two neighbors. Only about an inch today)

Treadmill incline 9 speed 3mph.
Time 60 minutes.

Energy with stimul8 is fast acting and consistent for me.  Plus since I haven't been using everyday I find I enjoy the flavor.  I use 8 to 10 ounces of water.  This products mixes well in my shaker bottle and I haven't built up a tolerance where I want to try two scoops yet.  I have probably used 2 to 2.5 containers but I rotate all three flavors as well as other pre workouts.

30 min at 9 incline
I did the 10 first cause yesterday the ten kicked my butt, so I figured do that first and there is no excuse for finishing the 60 minutes at the easy level 9 😏

I have a 50 inch flat screen five feet in front of the treadmill.  In the summer I will head outside and then I use my iPod.  Because I would be bored to death too. Lately I have been watching tv series. Marco Polo, now I am on city hunter (korean TV series)
