New Cable/Pulldown Handle? « : December 17, 2014, 07:18:33 AM »
ok, really vague - but I recall that a new cable attachment came out a bit ago that had flat blades for the grips, but for the life of me I can't remember the name or seem to find the right search terms to Google it.  Any help?

Flat blades? That I'd like to see. I don't even know how you'd grip that.

That is pretty cool. I've seen some variations of that as well. I just wish they'd make it into a gym.

poo tho - now I have no idea which one(s) to buy.  Anyone have an idea?  Cole? Rich?  Maybe start of with either the medium or close grip neutral?  Although supinated is probably the most natural for me.  I'm so confused.....

My buddy has the medium grip & he loves it. You could probably start there & get the others as you go along. Or, just maybe, Santa could give you all three...

I really like all of those, in fact I can probably build the first one, I'll have to see what I have sitting around the dungeon that might work.

As for a choice, my first instinct is to get all 3, the greater variety in training, the better the overall development.
