Since the site has changed up a bit, and I'm too lazy to find my old log, I decided to just start a new one. If anyone wants to turn this into a dual log, PM me. On another note, it sucks to not have Hulk with Myokem anymore, but I understand he has other priorities in life.
Didn't update my old log for a couple of months, but here is what I've been up to. I've been getting help from DCole on training, which has helped me set some new PRs. Sumo DL- 400, Squat 345, bench-235-? On my last max out week, I hit 2 on flat bench with 235, which was cool, I had a couple more in me for sure, but I felt one of my discs in my back sliding to the right so I had to rack it. TBH, I haven't been taking my training or diet as serious lately, with all the hell that's been going on. 2 jobs(my normal job, and with Myokem), girl stuff, and everything else has put training on the back seat. Even training hasn't been fun, the other day I went in, hit 365-2 on sumo dl, and left.
Well, with lack of effort, comes a lack of abs. I'm the heaviest I've been since my surgery 2 years ago. At 187+. I've realized I have some cutting to do. That's what I get for eating whatever I want for 6-8 months lol.
Won't be updating my log for another 3 weeks or so, but I figured I'd get a head start. I'll update here and there for the next few weeks, and when I get serious and actually start counting macros/cooking fun foods again.
