Shaes Finaflex Muscle Fiber Log « : September 18, 2014, 11:12:55 AM »
Just received this, my neighbor grabbed it off the ground by my mailbox and forgot that he had it.  Here we go, ive always had some digestive issues so here recently ive been looking into something like this. This will be my 1st Finaflex product and im looking forward to seeing how it goes.  I will be working out 4-5 days a week varying splits and eating at maintenance or slightly above to build some lean muscle. Bottle says 60 1 scoop servings I will probably dose this breakfast, post workout and with the bedtime shake. Alrighty here we go

Noice! I had a perceivable increase in GI health within the first 48 hours. Lots of additional benefits as well. Good luck buddy!

PS: snagency posted a couple of very interesting articles on my log here http://supplementreviews.com/forum/index.php?topic=30394.135

Ok so I started taking this the night of the 18th, one scoop post workout and one in the AM. So far I have noticed some god awful gas not so much any multiple a day poops as of yet lol. It is as tasteless as you can get and mixes very easily makes it very versatile. My workout split is going to go basically on feel for the next few weeks instead of a set structure. Today 9-20 was a Leg day and im definetly gonna need that glutamine for recovery after this one.  Reps for days may need help out of bed in the AM

Squats-135 warm up slow down explosive up 20 reps------225 5 sets of 12
Calf Raises seated- 90lbs 3sets of 100 maybe not perfect form here but worked on really hitting a burn
Leg Press 315 3sets of 20
Leg extensions really tried full ROM with focus on flexing at top 150lbs 5 sets of 20 failed on the last 2 sets
Bodyweight squats and wall sits 30 seconds on 10 off for 5 rounds

interesting first impressions - you are the first to mention increased flatulence, everybody else bar none has mentioned the opposite downsizing of this issue almost immediately..
how has your diet been, concurrent with the early going here?

From what I gather, prebiotics correct whatever problem someone may have... If your BMs are too frequent, they will be made less frequent. If they are too seldom, they will occur more often. For me it was the former... digestive tonic in Magnitropin plus all the fiber of oat powder was making me a resident of the commode. MF improved the frequency and consistency.

Flatulence for me did not necessarily increase, but the smell changed, which is to be expected.

The flatulence should go away in a couple days. It takes the body a few days to settle down from the changes. That was my experience with it. After a few days then I really started taking the benefits. Bm's before gym, no sharts, flatulence subsided. Less bloating, and a slight reduction in waist size(probably from less bloating). I'm anxious to see how well you respond.

Yesterday and today were much more pleasant as far as flatulence goes. Both days had BM about the same time I could get used to this lol. For most of my life they have been sporadic and had to plan around that.

My diet hasn't really changed fairly clean in the mornings its eggs and turkey bacon, then lots of chicken, fish, lean beef, potatoes, fruits in the afternoon.  Did a pretty intense shoulder workout today went for a pump and had tons of reps again.

Overhead Shoulder Press 95 5sets of20
Side Raises 15lbs 5 sets of 12
Front Raises 15 lbs 5 sets of 12
Face pulls with rope attachment 60lbs 4 sets of 15
DB Shrugs 55s 5 sets of 30 really burnt out here was on fire

Sorry guys, Ive really been slacking on the log going through a lot of stuff at the moment working on getting a new place and some stuff with my job.
As far as the product goes it has been great so far, have noticed a much more regular BM schedule and the flatulence has subsided and has been quite comfortable. Love the addition of the glutamine starting to get over my little cold.  Hope to be getting back into the gym soon been doing a lot of running to keep from getting fat, but the workouts have been few and far between due to working then looking at houses and vehicles.

Moving is tough, but worth it for a positive change. Good luck with everything.

yep moving plain sucks..not a fan, esp when you're moving a family of four
the last time I moved (sans ex-wife and kids), it was still a PITA -- 4th floor of a condo, where you have to use an elevator to get things up to your place ..
yuck

glad to hear the regularity is shining tho :D

Alright back in an actual gym on Monday cant wait been a whole lotta bodyweight stuff and running as of lately. Been using this 2 sometimes 3x a day so im getting pretty close to the bottom hopefully it will last a few workouts this week. I really am digging this stuff though I wasn't convinced this was gonna do much when I 1st started this log but it has really came through. Having a very touchy stomach has always been a problem but this stuff has me going with consistency everyday and usually around the same time.
