Nice volume my dude. Didn't think you did cardio ;) fooing 75 reps.
I do want to try to do 100reps though. I feel like that would be a fun challenge. Me you and isam battle it out first to 100 with 315 wins. That would be intense

If you gave me 2 hours I would get 100 for sure. 75 took me about 40 minutes. But those last 25 would be harder than the first 50

G8 has been interesting as well. I haven't been dreaming as much as I expected. It's almost as if G8 is TOO relaxing, like it's just a fat kid sitting on my brain until it suffocates. Anywhere between .5-.75 scoops seems to get me the best of both worlds. I can wake up without needing too much time to get going.

A few nights ago, I went with a full scoop, and forced myself to stay awake through the effective time interval, and it was really quite interesting. I started feeling a warm tingle in my limbs, and it seemed as if they were melting into the bed. I was only half conscious though, so it might have been an amplified sensation. Either way it was fun.

Sounds a little bit like what I experience. I am only taking the G8 every second night cos i've found 3/4 scoop one night gives me lasting effects the next night, so i'll get 2 good nights sleep out of 1 serving. Now that I have holidays coming up and can sleep for 8+ hours i'm going to see how 1 scoop affects me.

Doing a lot of looking back in my log, and it looks like this time last year I had a 455 deadlift, 385 squat and 295 bench.

So while I gained 20lbs. on my bench, and 40lbs. on my squat, I'm right peeed off that I couldn't put just 20lbs. on my deadlift. That's very humbling.

There was something different about her..something special. And he couldn't quite place it...but it was in the way she moved...and what she did..
