Sorry for lack of delays. Took Sunday and Monday off due to my schedule. Weighed in at 247.2 this morning so still maintaining a pretty good loss for 2 weeks. Trying to make this bottle last by just dosing 2 caps a day when I can.

30x10x4  (Go easy on these as to not hurt my neck again)

Tuesday I went for a back hypertrophy day that looked a little like this:

Lat Pulldowns (Wide) 160x12x4

Lat Pulldowns (Narrow) 160x12x4

Weighted Pullups +45x10x3

T-Bar Rows one armed for one plate and two plates sets of 10, two arms for 3,4,5 plates sets of 10.

Bent rows 225 5x5

DB Rows 100x12x4

Reverse Hypers 45x10x3

Light SLDL's

Pretty torched after this. Was going to do bi's but I work 16 tomorrow with a break in between to I am going to slam arms tomorrow.

Switching back from a 5x5 program I will see how my body adjusts to the higher volume load and how muscle soreness plays a role. I have to say that the appetite supression and thermo is just right. It's not an annoying thermo effect but I love my AC in the van and everyone else wears a sweater or coat. The appetite supression is very good. Light breakfast and lunch and I dont even feel like eating dinner but that's my main meal, Im usually ready to eat something at that point.

Weight today midday (I was running late this morning) was 217 even.

Hoping to work out wed, thurs, sat, sun if the work gods do me justice.

Hit up some back and shoulders today. Another rushed gym session, which I hate, but better than nothing.

Wide-Grip Pulldown x4
One-Arm DB Rows x3
DB Frontals/Laterals x4
BB Shrug x4
Bent Over BB Row x4
Seated Bent Over Laterals x4
One Arm Cable Shrug x3
Situps x100

Treadmill x15minutes

I will have a weigh-in tomorrow morning. Wednesday night I finally had a cheat day/re-feed. I have seriously restricted my carb intake throughout this run, but Wednesday night I threw that to the wind out to dinner with the wife and some friends. Actually felt great about it the next day. Thought I'd feel gross. We'll see how the scale feels about it tomorrow.

Supp wise, this bottle is coming to an end. Ive been down to 2/day mostly so that it would last longer. I just got my bottle of X-Factor in the mail today. I'm thinking about stacking it with Alphamax. But I can't decide if I want to run one more bottle of Pyroxamine first. Decisions decisions.

08-06-2014 Arms Race

Had to get a quick workout in between shifts Wednesday. Went for arm Supersets and left with a huge pump.

Pyroxamine has done a great job curbing my appetite overall. A fast-paced workout like this had me zeroed in and sweat-soaked. My weight continues to yo-yo between 216-219.

08-08-2014 Friday

Friday had me resort to my 5x5 program for the day. I tinkered around Thursday with the hotel weight equipment but didn't really do anything of note. Friday was a lot of travel time but I wanted to pick up something heavy so I opted for 5x5 in the limited time I had when I got home.

Bench 155x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 335x3

Row 135x5, 175x5, 215x5, 245x5, 280x3

Squat 225x5, 275x5, 335x5, 385x5, 415x5

Weight yesterday was 220 after being out of town for work for a couple of days. Woke up saturday at 218ish.

Pyroxamine has had my appetite well under control and the thermo effect keeps me sweating. Then energy is nice on that but definitely not over-stimmy.

Felt sluggish at first but really felt like going for a squat PR once I got into it.

Nice dude. I can see why you tried the 495 cause that was smooth.

Bar seems to be up on your neck a little. I would love to see what you could do with a lower bar and a slightly wider stance. You ever mess around with box squats? I think that exercise would put you well over 500 after not too long.

Yeah I just finished a 9 week 5x5 program and it helped a lot! But now that its over Im gonna fux with different squats a little more. I've added some decent weight onto my max and all I want is more. I especially need to figure out high bar/low bar. Honestly I hate low bar but its almost time to start tinkering. But hell, add 40lbs onto a squat max in 9 weeks isn't bad so I' definitely running that 5x5 program again come November. Why mess with whats working right?

That is some good progress. The bar is high but you still seem to stay upright quite well. I think the box squats will teach you to sit back a tad more and get the weight on your hams. I think it would also save your knees a little over the long haul. It is by no means major. You are down to just making minor tweaks and making sure that you find the very best and effective way that works for you.

Yeah ill be running  different program for 8-10 weeks and I'll definitely be trying out some of the suggestions I've been getting from good guys. Then I'll be ready and set when it's 5x5 time again.

Sitting pretty at 247 today which I'm happy with. Pretty blatant changes I feel like in my build. Clothes fitting a bit better. One or two days left in the bottle! Boooooo. Might get one more still haven't pulled the trigger. Workout today:

Got this workout online and decided to give it a try. I must say the pump was amazing. Will probably do it again. Working on my review for Pyroxamine. I'll get it up a few days after I finish out the bottle!

Monday Upper Body Day

Monday was my first official day off of Pyroxamine. I had a good run with it, good appetite suppression, good thermo. The stim content was in point. I never crashed from this really. There were days that it felt like a crash but when you work a string of 16 hour shifts that would happen to anyone. Dropped about 4 lbs even with the stress of 100 hr work weeks and eating to survive which wasn't always the best.

Monday's workout was an upper body day. Pump was ridiculous.
