Quick update today. Woke up at 216.4 today. Worked 8 hours, got an hour workout in, smashed my phone to smithereens, and worked another 8 hours. This will be the trend this week. 16 hour days through friday.

DB Front/Side Raises 4 sets

BB shrugs 5 sets

Standing Military press 5 sets

Arnold Presses 4 sets

DB Shrugs 4 sets

Barbell Front Raises 4 sets

150 reps of abs

Did a couple other things but I forget what exactly. Burned through this workout pretty hard and fast, got a good pump and got back to work.

Haha foo you Seaver. First phone I've ever broken. And it was at the gym. Bad luck is all.

Off day today. Not a rest day just an off day. 16, 12, 8, 16, 16 hour days down 16, 16, 16 left to go. Gym time is possible tomorrow. Will do my best. 3 hours of sleep tonight if I fall asleep 10 minutes ago.

7/31/14

Weighed in on Monday and was down to 249.6. So about a 5-6 lb loss for the first week. Pretty darn good. Hopefully it keeps up. I've been playing around with the dosing quite a bit. The past few days I just popped 2 caps in the AM and that was it for the day. Increase the longevity of the bottle a little bit. Still no notable sides other then thermo effect. Hit the gym this afternoon for a quick chest workout and some cardio.

Little update from the Flash. Just finished my fourth day straight of 16 hour shifts. Was able to get another session in yesterday between shifts. Pyroxamine is still humming along. Havent had a chance to weigh in the past couple of days but the Thermo effect is staying consistent, the appetite suppression is present although I am hungry by the afternoon. The stimulant/focus aspect is present, although I do find myself pretty tired after 4-5 hours. This im sure has a lot to do with the 3-4 hours of sleep I actually AM getting. Staying on schedule with workouts although not the hottest number. Taking Thurs/Fr off and finishing up my last workout of my 9 week 5x5 program saturday so hopefully going to finish strong and on pace.

Still tossing around ideas for my next split. I probably wont start a serious split again until I get back from vacation the 25th.

Yesterdays workout

Incline Bench 155x5, 185x5, 225x5, 255x5

Squats 210x5, 270x5, 315x5, 315x5

Deadlift 335x5, 405x5, 465x5, 515x3

Abs and back to work

Oh and Tuesday...I forgot about Tuesday. Traps, shoulders, and abs. Crushed em with Standing/sitting military, barbell/dumbbell shrugs, arnolds, front/side/rear delt raises. Fast and dirty for about an hour. Im tired.

Thanks bro. My workouts are time limited these days. Summer time with two little boys.

Today I knocked out an arm workout. Weighed in this morning at 249.2 so things are definitely going in the right direction. Not going to post numbers for this workout because I didn't jot them down and can't remember them now. But it was a great time restricted workout.

BB Bicep Curl 21's
Single Arm Tricep Pushdowns
Cable Curls
Rope Push Down
Preacher Curl Machine
Dip Machine
Hammer Curls
Single Arm DB Tri Raises

1 Mile run at 8:00 pace followed by 8 minutes 1on/1off

All the the lifting was supersetted. Popped 2 caps upon waking and one more at work around 4pm since I had a nightshift. Really enjoying this stuff thus far. Contemplating a second bottle. I think a 2 bottle logged run would be awesome. Clippy send me another! But honestly I might pick up one more bottle to give a complete experience. Ill figure it out soon!

Arm days are always fun, you can do pretty much anything you want and they will grow.

Weighed in at 246.6 this morning. I was probably a little dehydrated but regardless, that marks a 10lb drop in first 2 weeks on this stuff. Not too shabby boys.
