07-21-2014 Workout

Hit day one for this week. First thing I can say is thermo is definitely on point. I mowed my lawn first, was soaked, waited about an hour and went to the gym and was soaked again. The whole time. This keeps up and Ill definitely be upping my water intake.

Preacher Curl Machine
80x21x3 (7 Close Grip, 7 Medium Grip, 7 Wide Grip. It burns!)

10 Minute Rope Pushdown Burnout Set. Started at 100x12. Did this weight until I could no longer do 8, then drop the weight down 2 notches and repeat. Keep going until you hit 10 minutes. Only 10 secs between sets. Great pump after this.

Treadmill
2 on/2 off for 15 minutes

Sweating heavily.

So my weight upon waking this morning was 250.4. Nothing like losing 5 lbs in a day! My new goal is to lose 40lbs during my one bottle run. Just playing. I knew Id shed some water weight after my weekend of eating and drinking. Pretty much what I expected. Popped 2 Pyros at 730am this morning. Wow! For some reason these hit me like a truck compared to yesterday. In a good way. I was flying around the house getting things done and feeling great. Interestingly enough, I ate 30 minutes after taking them, and this feeling happened after food. Yesterday I didnít have breakfast and definitely didnít feel the Pyroxamine hit me like it did today.

Some of the notables. Weight this morning was 217.4, which is down 3.2 lbs. I also felt "heavy" with yesterdays weigh-in so I'm not counting on this being a continuing trend...lol

Thermo was again on point today. Even though my second dose was around noon, at work and at my 4pm workout had me sweating profusely. Appetite was suppressed decently as well, got a little hungry 4-5 hours after my first two caps.

Workout wasn't high volume but I put in some work

Squat 205x5, 255x5, 315x5, 315x5

Deadlift 245x5, 335x5, 395x5, 460x5, 515x3

Incline Bench 155x5, 185x5, 225x5, 245x5

That's it for today. Tomorrow is volume shoulder, arms, and abs. Should be a good 2-3 hour session.

Being singlish with no kids has its perks! Next week I'm killing 88 hours in 6 days at work so gym time will still happen just at 5 am on little sleep. Ah the ebb and flow. Gotta kill it when I can though.

Kept my calories in check yesterday and eating was good. Had another couple over for a BBQ so I had a little beer and wine. Trying to stay clear of the booze but some occasions I canít because my willpower sucks.
Switching up my dosage a little today, as I am working a night shift tonight. 330-1130pm. Took one cap upon waking at 730, and went straight to the gym. Loved the feeling I had going during my workout. Very focused and sweating my butt off. Going to pop my other two caps any minute now. Itís 5pm. I doubt this will keep me from sleeping as I wont be going to bed until midnight or later. So far so good with this stuff though. It gives me some euphoria which I greatly enjoy. Hoping my body doesnít figure it out after 5 days like it did with Ampitropin. I definitely agree with Flash though on drinking water. I am sweating like none other. Lots of swamp-butt too, not going to lie. My stomach had some issues my first few days. Not pain or anything but, but lets just say I legitimately sharted at work, like full on. Had to leave work half an hour early. Not kidding. It seems fine now though. Figured you'd all enjoy a nice chuckle with that story.

Off day from the gym today. 1 cap this morning and 2 around 4pm. Felt the morning dose. Didn't feel too much from the afternoon dose other than some heightened alertness. Banged out a quick 2 mile run in the early afternoon and a super quick ab workout at home. Morning weight was 252.2. The roller coaster ride continues. Stay tuned!

Updates from yesterday and today.

Yesterday's gym session wasn't nearly as long, mainly because I didn't have the two lifting partners I thought I was so I was able to go a bit faster. Lots of supersets and a couple of compound lifts,

4 sets Dumbbell lateral raises SS Dumbbell front raises
5 sets of Seated Military Press SS Barbell Shrugs
4 working sets of Barbell Curls SS Overhead EZ Bar Ext
4 working sets of Seated Incline DB Curls SS Decline EZ Skullcrushers
4 sets Rear Delt Fly Machine SS Machine Incline Press
4 sets weighted dip machine SS Hammer Curls
5 sets rope pulldowns SS Guillotine Curls
5 sets overhead rope ext SS Spider Curls

Todays workout was a lot less voluminous:

I failed to weigh myself the past couple of days but I will try to remember to do it first thing tomorrow. I am loving the thermo effect of this product so far. Even when working out hours after the last dose I am sweating profusely. The appetite suppression is decent. I was only afforded one meal yesterday so I made up for it today but I wasn't even really that hungry, I just felt like I should eat something. The stimulant complex honestly doesn't do that much for me. Im a stim junkie. I actually calculated it out the past couple of days and I am well over 1,000 mg/day with caffeine (including Pyroxamine). I still find myself crashing slightly at times. Yesterday before the workout marathon I took 2 AMPitropin and a scoop of White Flood Reborn (575mg) and honestly I could barely tell aside from the fact I wasn't nodding off.

7/25/14 Workout

Treadmill 2 minutes walk, 2 minutes run

Woke up and hit the gym at 6am on about 4.5 hours of sleep after working a night shift the night before. Pretty basic workout. Felt good. Popped one cap after the gym, and the other two before my 330pm shift at work. Definitely not getting too much stim effect from these. Thermo is good during my workouts. Have not felt any side effects at all. Libido seems fine.  Pretty much echoing what Flash said here. Weight still at 252. As long as I get at least 2lbs a week loss, Iím content. Definitely feeling leaner though. Diet has been in check. Iíve had several days where Iíve kept my cal intake at about 2k, but Iím honestly thinking I should be sticking to my 2500-2700 cal range. I canít help but think the less I eat the more I lose. I should know better than that by now though.

Weighed in at 217.4 lbs today so same weight as 5 days ago. Feeling pretty lean in the midsection though. 36.5" at the belly button which is pretty lean for me. Had to blast through a workout today.
