You been stretching out your neck at all? I realized my neck was really tight and it felt awesome to stretch it out a little. It might not be what you need now but for the future. I would try to get some knots out with a tennis ball or something of the like.

Thanks Brent. I've been stretching it out a lot today and it does seem to be helping. Going to try the tennis ball thing as well. It is definitely at the point now where it is holding back my workout quite a bit because I can't go after anything too heavy. With that being said, the bro-science in me told to try some lower-weight, higher volume training and see how that goes. I tried a GVT style workout today and I gotta say it was pretty friggin awesome. Felt great after, awesome pump, and only minor irritation in the neck/shoulder area.

20 Minutes fasted HIIT first thing in the morning followed by 1 Scoop Combat, 2 Scoops Orange Triad/Greens

Pre: 1.5 Scoop ENGN, 1 Scoop Creapure, 1 Scoop Amino Fusion
Intra: Water
Post: 1 Scoop Combat, 1 Scoop Creapure, 2 Scoops Bio-Gro

DB Military Press (Sitting)

35x10x10

Lat Pulldown

150x10x10

T-Bar SS Bicep BB Curl

70x10x10

50x10x10

Bench Dips SS Crunches

Bodyweight x10x10

10x10 Crunches

Like I said, felt awesome. Really enjoyed the Amino Fusion pre-workout. I could definitely see a difference in my workout intensity and between set recovery. I think i will continue to use it this way for the time being. Ordered a wrist roller off BB.com that gets here tomorrow, as well as one of those cyclone cups because they look cool. Need to start working those forearms a little more.

Neck still hurting. Getting close to considering a trip to the doctor. But I don't want to hear whatever he tells me! This morning's (fasted) workout:

Pre: 1.5 Scoops ENGN, 1 Scoop Creapure
Intra: Water
Post: 1 Scoop Combat, 1 Scoop Creapure, 2 Scoops Biogro

Plate Loaded Squat Machine SS Leg Curl
180x10x6 (Plate-Weight only)
270x10x4
SS
150x10x10

Seated Calf Raises
135x10x10

Cable Crunch
16x10x5

1 Mile Run in 8:14

Short and sweet this morning. Was crunched for time, had to get to work. Started rolling out the neck with a tennis ball. I'm not sure if it helped or aggravated it, but I will continue to try it till I know its one or the other.

Weighed in at 244 this morning. That seems to be where I am staying lately. I know for sure I am in a good calorie deficit and am definitely busting my ass. Clothes are fitting better and I am looking good (at least in my own eyes). Maybe this is becoming more of a recomp. Time will tell.

GO BRUINS!

Well today started off with some of the most motivation Ive had in a while. Probably from watching CT Fletcher videos all night on my overnight shift. So I got to the gym this morning to hit up some chest.

Bench

135x10
185x10
205x10
225x10
245x4
245x4
225x4x3

Pec Deck

150x10x7

POP! There goes the neck again. So bad I had to hit the urgent care center in my gym. Got prescribed some weird pain killer that does nothing and some muscle relaxers. Told me not to lift for a while. DANG! I don't know what to do now. I should have stuck with the low weight high rep, but CT Fletcher called me a female dog all night in the videos I watched and I got too amped. I will update tomorrow on an outcome. I can't see myself not lifting. Maybe super light and high rep.

On a side note, I tried a sample of the BB.com pre workout they sent me, and I actually liked it a lot, and like the profile. I forget the name of it right now but I will look it up and post it next time.

Wrist roller was awesome today!

Dang dude!! Take care of that neck man. That stuff can lead to some awful headaches and all that. I hate neck pain so much. Speedy recovery bro. CT will understand lol.

Neck still isn't healing well. Going to call a doctor on Monday if it still the same. I have just been doing 45 minutes incline walking on the treadmill and some very lightweight exercises for volume. BORRINNGGG. I apologize to SSG and Lecheek for having this crap happen during the log.

I've still been hitting up the AMINO FUSION during and before my cardio and lightweight workouts and it is still awesome. I am almost done with it and will most certainly get a review up. If this neck does get better, I'll keep up the posts in here.
