Many thanks to SSGdimsmash and Lecheek for providing me with a tub of Amino Fusion (think I got it right this time) to log. Definitely looking forward to it. Just got it in the mail today so tomorrow it begins! This is my first sponsored log so I intend to make it a good one.

I'm currently 3 weeks through a pre-summer cut which has been going very well thus far. My starting weight was 252.2. I weighed in at 242.2 this morning.

About Me and Beginning Stats:

Male Endomorph
Age: 30
Weight: 242.2
BF: My best guess is right around 22% right now but that is just based on the dumb scale I use. I plan on picking up some calipers very soon.
Bench Max: 315x1
Deadlift Max: 365x2
Squat Max: 275x1 (I have chicken legs)

Current Supps:

Right now I'm beginning my fourth week on Blackstone's PCT-IV. Man have the results been phenominal. I want to push this out to an 8 week run but I'm struggling on dropping 70 bucks for another bottle. Little bit pricey for that stuff. Wish I hadn't missed that 25% sale they had a few days ago. Oh well.

I'm also on my fourth week of Ampilean. Really enjoying this stuff. I dose two capsules at work, 5 days on 2 days off. I have found this to help keep it effective as opposed to running it everyday and building up a full on tolerance. Man does this stuff curb my appetite, definitely my favorite part of it. I also plan on grabbing another bottle of this this week.

Goals:

My overall goal for this run will be to continue my weight loss. Shooting for 2lbs/week. My ideal weight is 225. I am going to California in June with the wife and kids to see her family and would like to get in the best shape of my life by then. The past three weeks have been the best I've ever had in terms of keeping my diet in check and hitting the workouts hard. I plan on keeping that up throughout this log. I'm currently eating 2200-2400 calories a day, incorporating HIIT several times a week and hitting the weights 6 times a week. I have a wife, a 2 year old and a 1 year old. I work shift work Thurs-Mon with occasional overnights.

Three days ago I did something to my neck while lifting which is causing quite a bit of pain in my neck and shoulder areas. I have had it before and it goes away after several days. I did go see a physical therapist and she told me to go easy on the weights for a few workouts. I am going to heed her advice, but in protest. First couple workouts will be lower weight but higher volume.

Well I think I covered everything I can think of right now. Day 1 will be tomorrow at 645am at the Gym! Feel free to get all up in my poo on here with any comments, questions, concerns etc. Let's go!

Kept the weight down today due to my temporary neck injury. Feeling much better though. Should be back to 100% in the next 2-3 days. Got some decent volume in on this workout. Crammed it in to just over an hour and was sweating like a dirty pig. First Amino Fusion experience. Hard to report much on the first day but the Cherry Limeaid flavor definitely tastes awesome and mixes perfectly. Little bit of foam and noting floating at the bottom at all. No chunks floating around in the shaker. So far so good. Tomorrow (Monday) is a planned off day. Could change and might try to get some HIIT in but we will see how the day pans out.

Think I am going to pull the old trigger finger on one more bottle of PCT-IV. I've leaned out like never before in 3.5 weeks so I think I'm going to keep her going.

4am and I just got to work. Shoot me please.

Great workout today. Cut it a little short because my 2 boys were in the daycare but still felt good about it. This was my first chance to really put Amino Fusion to a true test. It shined! I love the taste of this stuff, and I truly did notice much improved recovery between sets and felt that the entire workout went smoother than normal. Pretty excited to keep putting it to the test. I use a 24oz bottle. I don't find it TOO sweet but I think some may find that to be the case at the recommended amount of water. Today I drank half the bottle and then filled it up to the top again with water. Found that to be a perfect idea.

Will get today's workout up later tonight!

Amino Fusion definitely does it's job. I already can tell this is a winner. Workouts are feeling solid. Kind of a boring log so far so I guess I need to find a way to kick up the intensity in here! Even though the scale has stalled a bit in the past couple of days, I am definitely seeing weight loss in the mirror. Belt sizes are going down which is always a good sign for me. Time to keep it up.

Your log is fine dude lol. I really liked 2 scoops of ENGN. I felt 1 scoop was good for less intense workouts but 2 was money every time. I never needed more than that. I also just started taking the Combat for the first time and I love it so far. No stomach issues even at 2 scoops. Mixes great an is super smooth. You plan on sticking with 2 scoops of Bio Gro?
