He's a chronic "bar toucher", these people have always annoyed me, I'd never ask him for a spot again.
Most problems in lifting can be solved by either pulling harder, or pushing harder.

Monday, March 14

1RM SQUAT

So I hit my goal of 405. It was tough and I could have shut it down but I had to be sure. It was nice to have it on my back and then grind it out. A confidence builder for sure. Lats were locked in good which made for a pretty fluid motion.

Paused Squat

These felt good too. Put the mini band around my knees for some extra stimulus.

Leg Press/ Back Extension
Did 3 sets of 10 with low narrow feet, then 6 reps single leg, then 20 close and narrow to finish. It hurt but I was showing some good #legveins with my #legpump.

Done. Upper accessory day in the next few days and then I'll deload with some dynamic effort type stuff before I start a program written by the one and only Michael (Deum) Cole. Should be fun. I'll be starting a new log for it and everything.

Nice job with all the maxes man. You def had 315 bench for sure sucks that dude was a pooty spotter. I'm jealous of your deadlift for sure.

Thanks Killa. I thought the 315 was mine too. No matter, 315 will be a warmup soon.

Done. Starting Cole's program tomorrow. I'm pumped up about it. Cant let my man down. We're on the road to big totals. Which means I'll start up another log tomorrow and let you guys in on the madness.
