Arm Friday.

Woke up at about 830 today and ate some Kashi cereal for breakfast.  i planed to workout at 1030 so I mixed up 2 scoops of test powder and 2 scoops of NO Bull and drank that at 10 and mixed up a sample pack of Modern BCAA for an intra drink.  I had to take my mom with me since she was getting her car inspected but she leaves me alone so it was no big deal. 

I did some warm up cardio and light stretching.  I was wearing a cutoff and some UK shorts along with some Nike Airs.

Dumbbell Curl with squeezing pauses at top: 12x25, 10x35, 8x40, 7x45
Incline Dumbbell Curl: 12x25, 10x30, 8x35, 5x40
Preacher Curl Wide Grip EZ Bar: 12x70, 10x80, 10x90
Hammer Curls: 12x30, 10x35, 8x40, 7x45
High Cable Curls: 20x15, 15x20, 12x25

Tris
Cable Push Down straight bar: 15x35, 12x42.5, 10x50, 8x65
Close Grip Bench: 10x135, 10x155, 8x165
Lying Down Dumbbell Extensions: 12x20, 10x25, 7x30

Pretty good workout overall I had a good pump going from the workout.  Drank my shake at 1150 and got home at 1245.  When I got home I had to help my dad put up Christmas lights, we tend to Griswald the house its pretty funny.  At about 2 I ate some left over white meat turkey and some sweet potato casserole for lunch while putting together stuff for the yard.  We finished all we could at about 5. At 630 I heated up some turkey, dressing, corn mush and a roll so more left overs and ate that for dinner. 

Went to sleep at about 2 that night up late chillen with my brother.

November 24, 2012

Slept in until about 1030 today then had to get up. For breakfast I ate some oatmeal.  Did not really have anything I had to do that day so we sat around until we all made a Costco run so I could re supply for down at school.  It was nice seeing all the people I worked with over the summer.  After Costco we headed over to Q's Barbeque which is some of the best BBQ in the entire country, dont know if any one has seen the show BBQ Pitmasters but he was the guy who was the head of the team Smokin Qs and he is now a judge.  While I was there I ate some pulled pork, hush puppies, and some beef brisket.

When we got back we sat around and watched some football then we went to our neighbors house for some homemade mexican food, turkey enchiladas, rice, refried beans, and some salad.  It was good.

I went to bed at midnight hoping to get a good nights sleep since I had a long day of driving again tomorrow.
