Would be Shoulder Wednesday

I woke up this morning at 8am and cooked 5 eggs and two slices of wheat toast for breakfast, made my chicken and rice and two pb sandwiches and packed a granola bar and began the frigid walk to my 10 am history recitation class.  After that class I went to physiology where I ate my granola bar while waiting for my class to start at noon.  After physiology I went to the lecture hall where psych is held and ate my chicken while I sat and waited for my test to start, I try not to stress to much so I somewhat sit and listen to music and meditate I guess, Lupe Fiasco is my music of choice in these types of situations, his music seems to relax me.

After the exam I had my chem excel class which isnt tough but helps alot so we reviewed for the test in that class and I ate my pb sandwiches before and after that class started at 4 and ended at 530.  I began walking back to my apartment when I got back I had every intention of going to work out my shoulders, but I figured I should study for Chem.  So I spent the night studying chem to the best of my ability taking a break to eat a grilled chicken salad and watch Moonshiners.  I took my test powder at about 615, I know it says take with breakfast but with the IBS that test powder seems to cause I cant take it in the morning.

I ended up getting an 84 on that psych exam which isnt bad for not really studying and considering the test was over 3 chapters 4 labs and 3 readings.

Leg Day or Mayday?

Woke up at 9am for my history class where I ate some cheerios for breakfast and made some sandwiches and some chicken and rices for meals throughout the day.  After my 11 am history class I had a psych lab class that goes from 12-130 and after that is when I one of my sandwiches I ate the granola bar before psych lab.  At 215 I ate my chicken and rice meal and then after chem at about 5pm I ate my other pb sandwich. 

At UK we have these stupid common hour exams so instead of the exams being during lecture they make us go to the chem building at 8pm at night to take the exam which I think is really dumb.  Before the exam though I was thinking about lifting legs as usual but I decided to attempt to cram a little but that didnt happen so I just ate some eggs and toast for dinner and headed off to my exam.

I thought the exam went well but id didnt putting me at 0-3 on chem exams for the semester and I dont drink much or party often but that night there was opportunity and I just wanted to forget all about that exam so we went to a buddies house and chilled then ate some midnight waffle house.

Finally Arm Friday

Weight 186.8 lbs

I have one class on Friday that starts at noon, but since we have class capture and the professor never takes attendance I never really feel the urge to walk 45 to get to class and. sit there for 50 minutes then walk 45 minutes back, I know its a little lazy on my part but I dont really care.  So I woke up at about 1145 that day after going to bed around 3am and I ate a bowl of Kashi Honey Almond and Flax cereal.  Then at 145 I ate a pb sandwich as a pwo meal to workout at 315.

At 245 I mixed together 2 scoops of test powder with 2 scoops of NO Bull along with smarties and then some Defy for my intra.  I was wearing some gym shorts and a cutoff along with my reeboks.

I got to the gym at 310 where I did 5 minutes warm up cardio on the elliptical machine and did some light stretching.

Bis
Barbell Curl: 12x50, 10x70, 8x90, 5x100
Alternating Dumbbell Curl: 12x25, 10x30, 10x35, 8x40
Hammer Curls: 12x30, 10x35, 8x40, 5x50
Incline Dumbbell Curls: 12x20, 10x25, 8x30, 6x35

Overall a pretty good workout, I feel like my strength is starting to improve a bit.  Got my barbell curl back up to where it used to be now I just gotta hit 110 like I was getting last year.

I got back to my apartment at 455 and had my post workout shake.  An hour later I made 8 egg whites, two whole eggs, 4 slices of toast and some oatmeal.  I forgot to Pam the egg pan which sucked and was a pain to scrub off but oh well should have been more cautious.

After I at at 6pm I just chilled the rest of the night and basically played Halo since we didnt have anything else to do.  Before I went to bed I mixed together a Casein shake.  I ended up going to sleep at about midnight again

Sissy Slacker Shoulder Saturday

Woke up today at 10 am and decided since I missed shoulders earlier in the week that I had some make up work to do.  So for breakfast I at 6 egg whites 1 whole egg, 3 slices of toast and some oatmeal as a pre workout meal.  I planed to workout between 1145 and noon.  

I mixed together 2 scoops of test powder with two scoops of Jack3d Micro and drank that at 1120 so I planned to begin working out at noon.  I mixed up my defy and I was ready to go.  Today I worked out in some under armor sweats, a white shirt, and some Nike air maxes.

I got to the gym at 1155 and began to do my warm up cardio on the elliptical and did some extensive shoulder stretching.

Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 12x40, 10x55, 8x60x 7x65
Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 15x15, 12x20, 11x25, 10x30
Dumbbell Front Raises: 15x20, 12x25, 10x30, 9x35
Real Delt Dumbbell Flies: 15x10, 15x10, 12x15, 10x15
Dumbbell Shrugs: 8x90, 7x100, 5x100

Abs
Crunches 5 sets 25 reps

Cardio: treadmill 15 minutes on 15 incline 4mph

Start: 1200
End: 100

Pretty good shoulder workout, It appears that the test powder is starting to kick in because usually when my arms and shoulders get more cut is usually when it starts to take effect.  I got back to my apartment at 105 and drank my gold standard.  At 200 I made some burgers from ground beef I had bought the day before for a post meal.

At 6 I ate some Pasta with some red sauce for dinner.  That night it was one of our friends birthdays and he was having a party so we will just end the day hear considering it gets fuzzy at about 1130pm

Super Chest Sunday

Weight 188.7 BF% 13.4

So after an extremely rough rough rough night from what Ive been told I woke up at about 130pm and with my stomach still really queezy I just ate some plain toast for breakfast, 4 pieces.  I then proceeded to chug about a gallon of water to attempt to re hydrate myself from the night before.  I then proceeded to do some laundry.

At 330 I ate two pb sandwiches as a pwo meal.  I mixed together 2 scoops of test powder and 2 scoops of Jack3d Micro and drank at 430 to prepare for a workout around 5 along with mixing up some Defy.  My roommate and I got to the gym at 505.

I did some stretching and some warm up pushups before we began to lift.

Bench Press: 12x135, 8x185, 5x205, 5x215, 5x225
Incline Barbell Bench: 12x115, 10x135, 8x155, 5x175
Decline Bench Press: 12x135, 10x185, 8x205, 5x215
Dumbbell Fly: 15x20, 12x25, 12x25
Cable Cross Overs: 15x15, 12x20, 10x25
Pec Deck: 12x100, 12x110, 12x115

Start: 510
End: 645

It was a rough workout, alright numbers wise but I felt sick to my stomach all workout and I was moving slower than usual but thats what I get for doing what I did the night before.  I drank my gold standard at 650 and got back to the apartment at about 730.

At 8 I made a grilled chicken salad with some cheese and italian dressing. I ended up falling asleep relatively early at around 1130

finals will be terrible. I have one every day next week. I should be studying for chem right now considering I need a 104 on the final in order to get a C in the class....

November 19, 2012

Woke up at 11am today an made myself 4 eggs and some toast for breakfast.  At 1pm I left my apartment and started the walk to my psychology class.  I got back to my apartment at about 330pm.  I was going to workout today but my shoulders were sore so I decided to pass on the lifting for the day and give them so extra rest.  For dinner I ate some grilled chicken and some brown rice at about 5pm and then at 9pm I ate some greek yogurt.  I went to bed at 10 pm because I wanted to workout before I left for home for Thanksgiving break.

Back Day on Travel Day

Today I woke up at 630 am so I could workout before I left for the long trip home.  I ate a bowl of cereal at 645 and planed to begin my workout at 8am

I mixed up a scoop of Warpath since I had all my other supps packed up already and since its Tuesday its my day off of test powder so at 730 I drank my pwo and mixed up a scoop of Defy. I didnt pack defy because I have some samples of Intra/BCAA products. Today I wore some black adidas sweats and a nike dri fit shirt with my reebok transitions

I got to the gym at 755 and did 5 minutes of warm up cardio and some stretching

Lat Pull Down: 15x100, 12x110, 10x140
Pull Ups Wide Grip: 8,8,7,6,6,5,5,5
Dumbbell Rows: 10x75, 8x85, 6x90
Seated Rows: 15x100, 12x130, 8x160, 5x190, 10x115
Close Grip Pull Ups: 8,8,7,6

Reverse Crunches: 5 sets 25 reps each

Start: 8am
End: 905 am

Pretty good workout I think, my shoulder started to give out a little towards the end of the workout but oh well I got through it.  I had my post shake when I got back at 915 which was one scoop of ON mixed with some skim milk.  At 1015 I ate 8 egg whites 2 whole eggs 4 pieces of toast and a bowl of oatmeal.  I then made some sandwiches for the drive and packed other snacks and water because I dont stop, with my Honda power I can make the whole 500 mile 8hr trip on one tank.

I left for home at 1145 and ended up getting home at 715pm.  That night my dad brother and I went out to buffalo wild wings for dinner where I of course ate chicken wings.  I ended up going to bed at about 1130 that night.

It felt good to be home.

Shoulder Day...

So even though I shouldnt of had to wake up early because I was on break, I had to because my parents always have me doing stuff when I am at home.  So I woke up at 8am and ate a bowl of Kashi cereal as a pwo meal.  I planed to begin my workout between 945 and 10am.  I mixed together two scoops of test powder with two scoops of Jack3d Micro and downed that at 920 along with some AI Recover Pro

I got to good ol American Family Fitness at 945 am and walked it and started with some warmup cardio on the elliptical followed by some stretching.

Military Press: 15x70, 12x90, 10x100, 8x110
Push Press: 8x135, 6x155, 4x175
Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 15x15, 12x20, 10x25, 8x30
Dumbbell Front Raises: 12x20, 10x25, 8x30, 7x35
Dumbbell Rear Delt Fly: 15x10, 12x15, 10x15, 5x20
Dumbbell Shrugs: 8x100, 6x110, 4x115

Sit Ups: 5 sets 25 reps

Cardio Stair Master: 15 minutes on fat burn setting level 7-9

Start: 950
End: 1105

Very good shoulder workout for me, best one I have had in a long time.  I drank my shake at 1110 and got home at 1130.  I ate my post workout meal at noon which was some left over asparagus and some NY Strip Steaks.  After that I ran some errands and then at 7PM we went out as a family to some Italian place where I ate chicken Parmesan

Ended up falling asleep around 130 am after playing some madden 13 against my brother which ended up being the first time I have ever lost in that game since it came out

Turkey Day Thursday

Woke up this morning and ate some kashi cereal for breakfast at about 9am.  Then we left for my aunts house at around 1130 for family dinner.  Dinner was at about 4.  I ate a lot of food, turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, corn mush it was all so good.  I also ate a piece of pumpkin pie.  We left my aunts house at 630 and got home at about 845. 

I ended up going to bed at midnight It was nice to be reunited with the family again
