Hahaha I find it incredibly ironic that the Bears are working him out on National Doughnut Day hahahahah But in all seriousness I think taking a flier on him wouldn't hurt. Not like he's gunna be starting, minimum contract and HUGE upside (pun intended)

Saw Fast and Furious 6 last night, total not believable but enjoyable nonetheless lol.

Hopefully my stomach cooperates tonight for upper body. Feeling sick with a sore throat and the whole nine yards... I've been miserable mentally and physically for a while now. So much stress and I feel like I'm spreading myself really thin at times.

I can't help but wonder if any of this has to do with Tribustol. I feel like I've been an insufferable *** for the better part of my time running it, and going low/no carb in the morning on CBL isn't helping anything. Ill be doing a review on tribustol a few weeks after I finish to see if my mood rebounds at all in the meantime.

Also a strange note, I've been adding morning cardio for the past 3 days (30 minites LISS fasted) and yet I weighed in at 173 this morning. This is even with smaller backloads and the added cardio that I mentioned. Maybe too much stress? And I always feel bloated even thogih I take digestive enzymes and fiber regularly... I've just come to grips with the fact that my stomachs sucks ass at digesting food.

Oh well.

hang in there buddy - I know training when you feel like poo, sucks.  Bigtime.  I didn't put this in my review becuase I had nothing but anecdotal evidence and lots of things changing, but my strength took a drop towards the last 3 weeks of Tribustol.  Not sure if it was the Trib, but man, I was never so happy to see the end of a bottle.  However, my advice is that if you feel you;ve give it the ole Boy Scout try, then just drop that poo -there's no light at the end of the tunnel (i.e. it doesn;t get better)

@Joe - probably not a good time to ask since you feel terrible, but I was curious if you noticed any difference with the near 700g carb back load compared to other days with fewer carbs?  I don't think I've been able to hit 400g in mine yet but I feel like things are going well.  Last night I crammed down about 2,500cals between 7:45pm and 10:30pm and was extremely bloated.  I'm thinking a big carb-based drink that I slowly sip on while eating during that time frame will help to increase my carb grammage a bit...

Hope you feel better soon

@Lava: I'm on the same boat man, I might take your advice and ditch the rest of what I got... I've never done that before but this stuff was just that bad. I haven't noticed any strength loses but then again maybe if I was off of it I'd be progressing at an even faster rate. I'll discontinue use after today and take a week or so to see if I notice anything before I write a review.

@Kev: Yeah, it's Psyllium. I thought it was supposed to keep you regular? I'm currently taking about 4.5g (1 serving) per day, but I'll taper it back to 2 g (~1/2 serving) and see if I notice anything. Thanks for the heads up, never assumed that could be part of the problem.

@SD: Nbd man, no matter how I feel I'll still answer questions lol. Other than the bloating you also experienced, I was honestly debating the exact same thing. Is there anything beneficial about a bigger backload? I'd lean on the side of "no". It's to my understanding that everyone has an upper limit that you kinda feel out. It seems like mine and yours is at about 400g, and I think anything exceeding that would do more detriment than good. I think of it as a "carb cap".

@Frankie: I think I'm just spreading myself a little to thin right now, plus my dad and grandma are both in the hospital right now... Honestly, I'd be super happy to take a week off if 1) I wasn't still progressing at an impressive clip considering how I feel and 2) the gym is the only thing that keeps me sane. I crave the gym, it's my only free time and the only outlet for stress I have. It would be hard for me to step away, but if anything gets worse I have to consider it.

The mind is a very powerful thing. I've always been aware of how I can use my mind to manipulate situations, and I put all of my energy today into cultivating a positive outlook. Even though I wasn't feeling all that great still, I forced myself into a positive mood and maintained a positive attitude for my entire workout, and as a result I had myself a great time in the gym.
