I am already noticing the appetite reduction as well base its annoying because I love to eat and not being hungry is sad = [

Congrats on the progress bud. I might try to do the 5X5 in Sept myself in watching this log.

Yes it definitely did. I shorten the time between my first dosage and my first meal today and i felt a lot better. Yes you should try it out. Start a log when you do. And ask as much question as you can about this 5X5. I'll be happy to help. I'm liking this program so far.

Cryo was wrong!!! just kidding. Can't believe i was debating with myself on whether to start this program and sacrifice 1 month of my time fixing my form. Wat a dummy. 5X5 is a good investment.

I know. I love to eat.  :-[ I've been blending most of my calories so it can be consume better. Oh i mean easier. Blended so much oatmeal and honey these days.

I'm doing a lean bulk right now and from tomorrow onwards, i'll be taking in almost 3000calories a day. I'm going to have a hard time taking in that much.

Anyways, let me show you guys, how an endomorph get ripped with over 3000calories a day. Which is way above my maintenance calories.  :)

Updates :
For the cable chest flyes, i make sure that my hands cross each other at the lockout position. This is a simple and effective method. Make sure you guys add this to your chest routine next time.

Updates on Oxyeca Black and Hyper T2 :
Okay for those smokers out there, don't ever smoke while you are having the thermogenic effect from Oxyeca black. It makes it 10 times as worse than it is suppose to be. I stop smoking today and i felt a lot better than yesterday.

me and logs= I never maintain them.


If I run one Ill just take from your log and I might PM you or Cryo if I have something to ask . Enjoying your log though . Keep up the hard work!

Agreed on the quit smoking thing man...bad nasty expensive habit...why take care of the outside if your wrecking the inside...right?

Updates :
I never felt any soreness since i started the program because the weight is simply too light. However, my leg was sore as hell yesterday. I had a hard time going to the gym the work through the soreness. Guess the weight is taking its toll already.
Deadlift is still easy for me. Can't wait till i get up to 250lbs for the deadlift.

Anyways, yesterday was a sad day for everyone with the passing of one of our valuable member. Besides that, i found out that a freshman in my major just got into an accident. Some drunk driver was backing his car and it hit the guy. Both of his legs was chop off instantly. Sad day for everyone i guess.

Updates on Oxyeca Black and Hyper t2 :
I honestly have no idea how am i going tow rite the review about Hyper t2. The feeling from Oxyeca Black is too overwhelming for me to notice a difference from the Hyper t2. I'm going to stop Oxyeca Black and just stick with only Hyper t2 for maybe 3 days. We will see. I hope everyone else is doing well on their log.

Updates :
So i went to the gym with only an hour left before closing time. So i have to rush through all the workout. Besides that, my gym buddy twisted his left tricep somehow while doing a pull up. No idea how that happen but i guess he will be out of the gym for a week till he recovers. I advised him to alternate between cold and hot water. Lets see how well he recovers from this.

Tomorrow is labor day and the gym will not be open. So i have to move my Monday workout to Tuesday the next one on Wednesday. Meaning there will be no rest days in between. It's going to be hard but i can do it.

My gym is open I even get to work 12-5!!!!!!

Yea im jealous. I'm going to the rec center in my university. Gym on campus always have their weird hours. There's other gym around the town but i feel that this gym is one of the best ones here.

oh yeah foo campus gyms. Thats why I got a membership at a gym in the first place led to getting a job there so free membership, good call. But they would always shut it down with like no notification or if they did it was a note on the door. I would show up having taken my yok3d and drink my preworkout, get changed, head to the gym and find out it was closed...
