Ok so this is just a copy and paste from the other log.

Well I am running my official Log for Lecheek Mass HGH and Citadel Nutrition's Tier 1 pre-workout. Just so everybody has an idea of where I am standing;I am on my last week of Torem/Clomid  and I am about to start adding some other goodies to my PCT.  I plan on running a lean bulk for the next couple of months My goal is to reach 200lbs by March. I believe is achievable, but it will require some major changes in diet and supplements.

I am supposed to consume 3,030 calories a day to be able to add at least 5 to 7 lbs every 5 weeks. I am aiming to get at least 200g of protein per day with a minimum of 417g of carbs and I shall try to keep fat on the low side.

So this is how my supplement stack is going to look like.

PWO
Citadel Nutrition Tier 1 - So far it is a legit PWO, clean energy and easy on the stomach, even early in the morn ing.
CTD Labs Hardcore-17 - I am waiting a lttle more into PCT to get on this, I got this 2 months ago for the Expert Review, but I was on cycle and would've not been able to give it the proper gauge of effectiveness. I will add this in 2 weeks.

Purus Labs Condense - I have this with me, but I will wait on it. I got Tier 1 first and is part of the ER program, Condense is not ER with me, so I will use that until I finish it. I tried it already and it did not impress me, but I am not going to judge this on a one time try, there are to many variables that could've affected its performance, but I will not use it until I finish Tier 1

Intra
I-Force Compete - I love it excellent supplement, nothing else to say.
/Modern BCAA -  I will switch this every now and then, but it will mostly be used post-workout.  (so far I still like MGNs BCAA extended performance better, but we will see)

Proteins
MHP Up Your Mass
MGN Mass Gainer
VPX Syngex

Recovery/Sleep Aid.

Lecheek Nutrition Mass HGH - Well I got it yesterday and just like a little kid on Christmas morning, I opened that poo and popped it last night. I liked that it put my ass to sleep before 12am, I've been having some insomnia problems this past few months, so this was definitely an aid. However, I had one disturbing fooin dream lol. Besides that I woke up feeling pretty good, this has been the first time I wake up from an HGH supplement without the sleep hangover feeling you tend to get.

Others
Finaflex PCT Black Revolution - I like this over the counter PCT, it is an excellent supplement and I will add this in about a week.

Stats,

Height 5'9''
Weight 171.4 lbs (after morning dump and pee)
Bodyfat 10.2%

Goals

Weight 200 lbs
Bodyfat 14%  max.

So there you go, this is what I will be taking for the next 2 months or so. I will start another cycle around november or december, I am not sure yet. I want to do either Ultradrol/Trenazone or Superdrol solo at 20/20/20/30; it will all depend on how my bulk is going.

I have attached my Y3T routine I got from Flex mag so you have an idea what I am doing everyday.

I am currently on Phase 1 of Y3T

Lecheek Mass HGH - well as you guys probably know this is another attempt to make a good HGH supplement, like if we are not loaded with them; however, I must say that so far I am impressed with it. I am taking 3 capsules 30 minutes before bed and even though it does not make me super sleepy like some other HGH supps, once I finally lay down and close my eyes I knock out instantly.

I am having very restful sleep and I do not wake up with a "sleep hangover" like Finaflex G8's or Noxitropin (although noxitropin is a good one too). My boy just started Pre-K so I have to wake up at 6am to get his little butt ready; I have noticed that i find it incredibly easy to get up, which is not normal at all for me. I am not going to tell you I wake up "refreshed" or "energized," but I do not feel like I am in need of more sleep when I get up.

Monday

Shoulder's and Calves

Condense - 2 scoops-so this day I decided to try Condense because I was just a little to eager to leave it to the end, I had already used Tier 1 a couple of times and I really like it.  Condense was alright, I did not see a difference at all in vascularity or Pump. The endurance however was amazing, I was really able to go heavy for 8-10 reps in all of my sets. The energy is nowhere close to Muscle Marinade, but it wakes me up and that's all I need.

Lecheek Mass HGH - like I said previously, I woke up feeling good and ready.

---------------------------------------------------0--------------------------------------------0---------------------------------------------
Tuesday

Biceps and Triceps

Condense - 2 scoops-  I personally believe this day is the best day to gauge the effectiveness of a pump supplement; however I saw absolutely no difference in my performance, pump or vascularity. Endurance was really really good, but I was expecting a gnarly pump and it did not happen.

Lecheek Mass HGH - I noticed that when I wake up, my muscles are not feeling as flat as they usually do in the morning. I am not sure if I can attribute this to Mass HGH, but I do look better in the morning. I shall see if this effect is constant.

----------------------------------------------0---------------------------------------------------0-----------------------------------------------
Wednesday

Quads and Hams

Tier 1 -1 scoop - so today I decided to get back on Tier 1. I think it is an excellent PWO, good clean energy and is very easy on the stomach. The taste is really good and it mixes very well. I felt good energy and endurance throughout my entire workout and it does not make me feel nauseous at all. I like that is not heavily stimmed and it does not make me feel cracked out.

Lecheek Mass HGH - nothing new to report, working just as good.

Aye the G-Rated log for all you normal, well-mannered, polite, non-porn loving tax-paying citizens out there on teh interwebz.

As ChiChi pointed out, I am running ConDense... if it ever shows up. I've still yet to receive it. That's really not that unusual as I do live pretty far up in New England.

I want to point out I am also running several LeCheek products as well. Here's my full stack:

Protein: ON 100% Whey
Pre-Workout: LeCheek Speex X3 & Purus Labs ConDense (will be alternating and comboing)
Intra-Workout: Xtend
Burners: LeCheek OxyECA Black & T2
Multi: Mega-Men
Other: NOW Digestive Enzymes

Excited to try all this stuff out. X3 arrived today so I'll be rolling that starting tomorrow. I was debating doing Y3T as well, however travel season starts for me in four weeks and equipment availability at Planet Fitness's throughout the areas I travel is inconsistent. That being said, I'm going to stick with the split I've been doing for a while now. Generally my workouts cover a range of reps and sets. I try to do heavy compound lifts for most groups to start and will finish with burn sets, supersets, etchers, etc.

Cray's Split (btw this is my favorite workout schedule I've come across for those of you looking to mix it up)
Chest (20-25 sets)
Back (20-25 sets)
Hams & Triceps (12-15 sets for Tris, 8-10 sets for Hams)
Shoulders & Calves (15-18 sets for Shldrs, 8-10 sets for Calves)
Quads & Biceps  (12-15 sets for Quads, 12-15 sets for Biceps)
-Ab work once to twice a week
-Light cardio 3-5 times a week

Lecheek Mass HGH - it works, simple enough. I am feeling fuller througout the day. There is never a moment where my muscles feel flat, not even early in the morning. I am able to go to sleep at 12ish and wake up at 6 easily. No groggy feeling.

Tier 1 - 1 scoop - It gets me through my workouts in the morning, it works great. It is not ZOMG EHMARGEHRD OMG the best poo ever, but it delivers clean energy. I think the fact that it has all of the common ingredients in PWO, but in actual effective dosages make the difference.

Weight on 08/16/2012 : 175.2 lbs ~+3.8 lbs <---- yay lol, I personally have a hard time putting on weight so I am defintiely satisfied with this.

It seems like I am up 3.8 lbs, give it or take water weight plus anything else I may be carrying lol I think it is looking good so far.  I wonder if Mass HGH has anything to deal with the quick weight gain that, but I shall see. If I am able to break 185 lbs by november by september I will definitely believe it was because of Mass HGH, why? well, last year I ran the same bulk with P-Mag/Furuza-A and after 6 weeks I was 182 lbs, that is the heaviest I have ever been. This were results of a PH, but it seems Mass HGH is helping put on weight fast; however, it is still too early to tell.

*UPDATE*

Read any of my reviews on preworkouts and you'll know I am stim-tolerant. As such, it always grinds my gears a bit when I get preworkout tub with 40 or 50 supposed servings, when I'll actually need 2-3 scoops to feel the full effects of the product. So it's no surprise when I cracked LeCheek's Speed X3 this afternoon, saw the tiny scoop size and was like "ah man this 40 serving tub is gonna last me like 18 workouts".

Never been more wrong. Started with 2 scoops and was CRACKED OUT my entire session. Good God this ish is STRONG. Legit I had goosebumps for 30 minutes. So weird. I dosed 3 hours ago and am just NOW starting to come down. LeCheek's got a monster with this one. Oh and the taste and mixability is phenomenal. Def cutting back to 1 scoop tomorrow. Here's the session:

BACK
Cable Row - 6 sets - 10/10/6/6/5/5 SSx3 w/
Lat Pulldown (alternating grip) - 6 sets - 12/12/8/8/6/6 SSx3 w/
Rear Cable Fly - 4 sets - 12/12/12/12
Barbell Row - 4 sets - 8/8/5/5
Pullups (alternating grip) - 4 sets - 8/8/8/8
Hammer Strength Low Iso Row Machine - 4 sets - 10/10/10/10
---
28 total sets + 20 minutes light cardio

Here's some box squat vids you asked about:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pwdv37u_9FU&feature=youtube_gdata_player
You can sorta see the technique in this vid. For some of the lifters, you can see that their knees are behind the toes considerably, & just how far back they sit. The box height isn't ideal IMO, but its below parallel for some of the lifters.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LfuJihPhfQ&feature=youtube_gdata_player
This one does a better job of showing foot placement, & how far back to sit.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TOkgeHM2Os8&feature=youtube_gdata_player
The overall box work here is alright, but the guy "torta" is notorious for using to high a box & you can tell in this vid. You really don't want it that high.

Well yesterday's workout was cut out short because I arrived around 930 to the gym and those fooers close at 10:00pm; it was a decent workout. I must note that I did not use Tier1 yesterday because I forgot to put it in my gymbag. On another note, I have noticed a full body pump all day, kinda like glycobol, but without the runs. I have been able to wake up early and feel rested and I attribute this to Mass HGH, great sleep aid without grogginess in the morning.

Even though I was not on any PWO last night, I had such an excellent pump in my chest; it was ridiculous. It kinda remind me of the only pump Yoked ever gave me lol; I truly wonder if this is because of Lecheek's Mass HGH or simply because I am eating a lot of fooin carbs, I honestly don't know because I have gone through my bulking phases with plenty of carbs and never had a pump like that just because of it.
