He wants a new one with all the toys....😉
My son and I looked at a loaded Ranger boat for over 60,000.00, I stress the word looked.  But if your at the boat shop you might as well look at the speedy stuff, looking is free....😎

Going for an MRI to see the condition in my spine. Everything is going well besides some odd numbness in my junk and stabbing pain in hip. This has been ongoing for about 8months and taking over 15 naproxen a day is not good for the stomach. I don't think its surgery bound but you never know when your spine looks like mine.

Overall my cardio is been good workouts as good as they can be

Diet has been beyond horrible though. I'm in the middle of selling my house which would be fine but by selling I'm dishoming my mother. My wife and her hate each other and this has been a stressful time cant wait for it to be over

WOW I see poo hasn't changed.

Health update,
Not dead just fat lmao

As of 01/2019
I am now up to 8 spine surgeries
Sept 2018 l4-s1 100% fused
Oct 2018 L2-L3 open diskectomy and removed rest of the lamina

Outcome Hulk now has possible irreversible nerve damage in right dorsal flex and foot. Due spinal cord impingement and blood supply loss for an extended time.

Today Marks the first day in the gym
My right calf is not contracting during work outside and is 3cm smaller then left

Now it is time to get busy. Dropping calories to 1100 a day cardio as best as I can physical therapy 3x a week booyah boys

01/13/19
Back day
Lat pulls
3 different grips
3x10 each grip

Seated row SS straight arm pull down
4x10

Iso lat pull down
4x20

Meadow rows
5x10

30second rests kept fast heart rate stayed in the 130s for close to 1hr

Diet is looking like this
80% lean protein
10% complex carbs
10% facts

Fasting from 6pm-1pm
Working out in a fasting state

Going back to the basics

Medical aspect of the log
I have an MRI scheduled for the 31st where they will scan my complete spinal cord in hopes to provide an answer to see how far the degenerative disk disease goes. We will also be looking at the lumbar spinal cord and transverse nerve roots  to see how bad the damage is. I know the L5,L4 and S1 nerve roots on the right side are fubar since my right calf does not constrict during work outs and my right foot seems to only go to a neutral position. This is not going to stop me or deter my dedication unless I need more surgery

All is well here so far

Today was light cardio since I'm fat and out of shape ahhh well pretty fluffy and round so I guess that's a shape.

Also hammered out core for a long while since this is key to holding my spine together.

All and all not bad. As long as I can stay healthy-ish would be sweet.
