So you workout on your lunch break? Thats cool I wish I could do that. Or have enough time to go before work. But I get up at 5 am. And I will be damned if Im gonna go at 3 am to get a workout in. F that!
Maybe you should TRAIN as hard as you HATE.

That would be great  But I work 12 hrs. 6 am to 6 pm . Thats what kills me on a lot of these great workout plans that like BB.com do. yea they are great, but not for my schedule. it peees me off.

its on folks! you will see this log at the top soon since we will be updating a lot.

@meuth- yeah 4 sounds better i will roll 4 as well, i might split the dose too. maybe 2 preworkout and 2 on an empty stomach first thing in the a.m.

i will post some before work out pics as well today.

Yeah, I thought about splitting too.  I wasn't sure.  What do the Lecheek guys suggest?  Maybe they will chime in.

Don't come to me and tell me you need help because your program isn't working when you've only been on it 3-4 weeks. It's called a program  because it takes time, unlike your sister.

Hey guys just caught up. Damn am I glad it's Monday. I've been waiting for this one. I would dose the TX9 at full dose and not split it. I have been toying with dosing both before bed, and taking TX9 in the AM and Mass HGH before bed. I'm likeing it split better. I've noticed more muscle fullness in the morning taking them seperatley. I guess it's not have to fight the TX9 to be absorbed. I've been really enjoying Mass HGH though. I hope you all have awesome results. I hope Hulk's are a little more awesome though lol.

Thanks!  I hope to add some more of my mass back.  That's my goal.  I've lost some in a lot of my measurements.

So I'll take the 4 test pre and the mass before bed. Thanks!

Quick workout today due to coaching a 1715 softball game for my 5 year old.

Bench

330x6
350x5
370x2
225x12 drop set

Incline bench

185x8
225x5
245x3

Incline dumbbell flys

3x60x10

Close grip bench

3x225x6

At work I did 15 minutes level 8 on the stair climber for 247 cals. I only do this for basketball. I have a tournament this weekend. It's 5 on 5 full court and I'll be the only big guy.

First time I've gone heavy on bench for a long time! Been doing 10x10 on my bench to let my shoulder heal. I got up to completing the 10 sets with 240. My shoulder felt a little pain today but not too bad. Hopefully it will hold up for some strength training, if not, back to 10s!

Hulk showing off those veins! Fire hoses I said!
