Ok, finally on a real computer.  Too much to type on an iPhone.

I have had a bad year and a half so far.  This year, me and my ex split again, this time for good.  I'm looking for a house and living with my little brother. My left shoulder has been a wreck most of the year. I have switched over to benching 10x10 and shoulder pressing with just the Hammer plate machine 10x10.  It feels much better.  I will start a strength program next week again and if my shoulder can't handle it, then back to 10x10.

hulk and I have been friends since he was the fat avatar giving OEP advice in a previous life.  I have been extremely impressed with his progress from when he first started.  Not only in his physical changes but also in his knowledge of supplements.  He is a huge part of this community.

I have been depressed for a couple months now and not been hitting it as hard as I should.  My diet has been so-so at best.  I have gone from 265-->250# in body weight.  This log has me fired up and ready to dedicate myself back to the lifestyle!  Good luck hulk and regardless of the end results, we both will benefit from this experience!
thanks brother it has been a long time for us on this site and with out your help i don't know where i would be. i said it once and i will say it again there are few people i would log with and you are one so either way this is win win for me.

my routine and diet will be more of a recomp/lean bulk lots of super and trisets, drop sets in there when needed. a normal day in the gym for me is between 50-65 sets with rep ranges from 6-8 for mass and strength and 10-15 for shred. most super sets will be mass to shred.

thank you to everyone for following and enjoy the lame jokes the man thong photo's and what ever else happens.

Interesting.
Most problems in lifting can be solved by either pulling harder, or pushing harder.

Sorry to hear about all the personal drama Meuth -- only thing you can do is learn from your experiences and move on.  Hopefully it'll just be all up hill from here on out...starting with this log!  I can't wait to see what results you and hulk get from these products.

Ok, my general diet will go like this:

0345  egg whites
0530  1/2 serving Up Your Mass
0715  Chicken Breast
0900  Natural peanut butter on Whole wheat
1100  More chicken and veggies
1230  Tuna
1330  1/2 serving Up Your Mass
1500  PWO of the month (Craze) and Testodrol X9 (4 cap; hulk are you just doing 3 caps to make it last longer?), Green Mag
1530  workout  and amino intra (Xtend right now)
POST Myofusion Hydro
1800  Supper which will change from day to day depending on kids' activities
2030  Mass HGH
2100  Cup of cottage cheese

This isn't set in stone but I normally do something like this 5 days a week.  The weekends get a little more loose because I'm not working and activities get in the way of the diet because I'm actually doing something interesting and forget to eat.
