Ok, finally on a real computer.  Too much to type on an iPhone.

I have had a bad year and a half so far.  This year, me and my ex split again, this time for good.  I'm looking for a house and living with my little brother. My left shoulder has been a wreck most of the year. I have switched over to benching 10x10 and shoulder pressing with just the Hammer plate machine 10x10.  It feels much better.  I will start a strength program next week again and if my shoulder can't handle it, then back to 10x10.

hulk and I have been friends since he was the fat avatar giving OEP advice in a previous life.  I have been extremely impressed with his progress from when he first started.  Not only in his physical changes but also in his knowledge of supplements.  He is a huge part of this community.

I have been depressed for a couple months now and not been hitting it as hard as I should.  My diet has been so-so at best.  I have gone from 265-->250# in body weight.  This log has me fired up and ready to dedicate myself back to the lifestyle!  Good luck hulk and regardless of the end results, we both will benefit from this experience!

Squat=325 for 3 reps (Dec. 14,2012)
Deadlift= 410 for 4 reps(Nov. 17, 2012)
Bench= 285 for 1 rep(Dec. 17,2012)
Power clean and press= 205 w/ 3 reps
